Breakfast I’m very grateful for but didn’t cater too much to the essentials I’m use to eating. The room was very small and the beds were horrible. Every day my friend and I woke up with back pain. I recommend new mattresses and please add a sheet under your comforter because I know you’re not washing it every time someone checks out. Also why don’t you have wash rags for your face as well as other parts of your body. Disgusting. There was a female receptionist at the counter who always looked at me and never smiled nor friendly like any of the other employees. Fix the other elevator.

The breakfast buffet was great, the front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is close to many restaurants and especially the metro station. The room is spacious enough for a family and the bathroom is nice.

It didn’t have a microwave or a mini fridge. We were traveling with a 3 year old who still drinks milk so we needed to store milk in the room. We have to constantly go out to get water and food. And the floor was not vacuumed when we asked for a room service. The toiletries like tissue, toilet paper were not replaced even if our stay was a total of 6 days.

Paint dust on vehicle from a painting operation. Lack of ice machine production. Only one small ice machine at the bar for the whole hotel. Challenges with 2 persons at the front desk. Only challenges in 3 weeks of travel in western Europe. The front desk manager was very gracious and handled all short comings in a very positive and professional manner. I would hire this young women immediately for my business!!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short 2-night trip and was very impressed. The room provided excellent comfort and was perfectly suited for a brief stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome. Additionally, the hearty breakfast each morning was a delightful way to start our day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel .

The only downside was the parking; unfortunately, the hotel’s lot was full when we arrived, but fortunately, we were able to park on the street in front of the hotel and it did not cause any inconvenience.

Included breakfast had all options available. Lovely part of Paris to stroll along the Canals and close to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, a beautiful park to visit. Only 30 minute Taxi or Uber ride to CDG airport (with no traffic incidents - can be more during peak times).

Noisy carpet in hallways when towing suitcases, wine bar downstairs that plays music until late and smoke odour in room (hotel is non-smoking however previous guest smoked in the room - we were quickly moved to an odourless room by the friendly helpful staff).

Probably the best Holiday Inn we have stayed in. I just wanted to leave a personal note from my family and myself. We wanted to personally thank you for a wonderful stay. The hotel had a perfect location and the view from our room was beautiful. All the staff were fantastic and so helpful. Please personally thank Ibrahim and Sandra who answered all our many questions and helped us, making us feel very welcome. Kindest Regards and we will definitely visit again!!

Absolutely nothing.

The breakfast was great, and made it easy to start a day of exploring and sightseeing without having to figure out a place to feed everyone. We thought the location was lively and fun even though it was a long walk from some sights (and one of the nights was noisy in the businesses and on the street below when we were trying to sleep). It was fun to explore along the canal. The staff were really helpful with needs for our stay and giving us tips for visiting the city.

It was a little bit hard to manage the temperature in the room, especially when outside noise was too much for us with the window open at night. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room to store food.

I loved everything about the Holiday Inn Express in this location, one of the BEST, staff (front desk, servers for breakfast, cleaning staff) were exceptional!!! Very professional, friendly and made our visit worth while that we picked that location. The breakfast was amazing, always an amazing spread, variety of food for everyone, we tried it all, delicious!!! Room was perfect, we had access to the balcony to the canal, fantastic view and to be able to sit out side to get fresh air and saw everything. We had a family member who was wheelchair bound and the staff was amazing helping us make space at breakfast. We received exceptional services from Erwan and another front desk staff who helped us find a great exchange place within walking distance of the hotel. The person at the exchange was great as well. I would definitely book this location again!!!

I really liked the immediate surrounding area. Just really lively, with few tourists as far as I could tell, loads of good restaurants in the neighborhood, and the Parisians enjoying life and playing jeu de boules along the canal. Personnel was extremely helpful (hi Neal!) and speaks English very well. I accidentally broke a glass plateau in the bathroom, but I didn't have to pay for it. Very kind of them.

The surroundings were lovely, near the canal. Nice pubs near. The metro is very near. A little bit far from the centre Paris but with a nice connection through the Metro line 7.

Unlike other Holiday Inn Express that I stayed, in other countries, they don’t allow you to take a small snack from the breakfast to take with you. In my case, due to some allergies, was essential but they wouldn’t allow.
