We loved everything about this stay, especially the firepit, the food, the hummingbirds and bike rides! We also really loved the beautiful calm atmosphere, natural grounds, green areas, traditional decor and friendly staff. We will be back.

Small issue-At one point the pool area was packed with guests who were there for a conference and the restaurant wasn’t open so everyone was ordering food and drinks from the pool bar. As a result we waited for over 1.5hrs for a pizza which wasn’t even correct when it came out. The staff couldn’t keep up so I think this could have been managed better and more staff should have been on during this busy time.

We’ve stayed here many times. The area is quiet, peaceful and picturesque. Staff is always great. The food at the Santa Ana cafe was good both at dinner and breakfast - we went with the buffet for each.

The room was a little drafty and cold. We had a room where the door opened to an outdoor courtyard. There was no weather stripping on the door and cold air literally whistled into the room. As it was late when we got back from the Santa Ana Casino, I just stuffed toilet paper between the door and door frame rather than call the desk. The TP fixed the problem and the heater was finally able to sufficiently warm the room. I did let the desk know in the morning- they said renovations are coming this spring for that area. However, at 289.00 a night….this shouldn’t happen.

We loved the grounds, it felt safe, the hiking trails were terrific. The staff was so helpful and accommodating! Golf was fantastic and we loved the hot tub!

The food choices were way too limited. Coffee starting at 7 is sometimes too late - although she was very nice. The in room dining has odd choices and not enough variety. The lunch location also seemed underwhelming. We would have dined more at the property if there were better options. It would be nice to have robes in the rooms to go to the hot tub when it was so cold.

Beautiful property and everyone was very friendly

One night around 12:30-1:30 am all of the alarms went off in the rooms. The front desk kept us informed as to what was going on and that they were working to find out why alarms kept going off. However we felt that the hotel should have at the very least bought our breakfast of taken a percentage off the bill .

We stayed for one night for Mother's day. There property is gorgeous. We were allowed to use the beautiful salt water pool on the day of check in and the day of checkout until 5pm, which the kids loved. Mother's day brunch was delicious and very affordable. Would absolutely stay again!

We booked a balcony room. Pictures on website showed a full size balcony. Very deceiving and disappointing when we checked in. When checking in was told it was a Romeo and Juliet balcony. Had to pay an extra $60 for a full size balcony. This was false advertising.

Balcony faced the back of the property where work vehicles were constantly going back and forth all day and night. Also, guests were taking their dogs to do their business right below our balcony. Not a pleasant sight.

the adult pool was relaxing and peaceful in the late morning. I enjoyed also having a balcony and view from room on 3rd floor. Additionally I walked down by the Bosque. Very nice!

room service breakfast was a disappointment. Food was not very good.

Secluded. Amazing view. Lots of variety of activities and food.

I only wish I could come in summer when everything is open. The heated pool was good, but would like to try others that were closed.

Location is secluded yet close enough to go do things other than what’s offered on the Resort.

1. The heating in the rooms are either too warm or too cold; 2. The food for Dine-In… for the price we pay the food was cold 3. No Microwave to warm food ☹️

Beautiful decorations and scenery outside. Loved the access to the spa, horseback riding, and pools. The kids loved the s’mores.

It was very expensive and we probably will not return due to the high cost.
