The location was great. Nice room. Close to the hospital.

Hours after we checked out, an employee called us to ask if we were planning to make a new reservation because we “left clothing behind”. We in fact had not left anything behind. As we were trying to explain that we had not left anything behind, she hung up on us. Not sure where the confusion came from but did not appreciate her tone and rudeness.

I should have picked this hotel to stay when we first arrived in New Mexico. Rio Rancho is a nice city compared to Albuquerque. No deposit held for a room. Very easy check in at a reasonable price. We was surprised the room had a mini kitchen in it and the room was big. Very clean and everything worked. The shower felt good. Will for sure stay here on the next trip.

The only thing I suggest is more breakfast selection. Everything else was good.

The “breakfast” should be identified as a grab and go thing. It was ok, but not useful to me as a diabetic. There should be a trash receptacle so customers can dispose of wrapping. The property is what it advertised itself to be. It was my first stay at your brand, and I will stay with you in the future.

They provided us with our needs during our stay. They were very welcoming towards us and my daughter. They great at treating us with kindness too.

During certain times of the day. It could just be because a lot of other guests are using the hot water but there are times during the day where our water gets only warm and then starts getting cold.

Staff was uptight, short and rude. Maybe she was just having a bad day. The initial person I delt with was very helpful and pleasant. Then I guess they shifts and Frau Bleucher came on.

The room was comfortable and convenient location.

All staff was not that friendly and the hotel ran out of toilet paper

Didn’t eat slept in. Location is quiet and out of the way.

The bed could have had a better quality mattress. Could feel the springs it was a little hard.

Location was great for our appointments near by. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The hotel was nice and quiet.

Staff are outstanding!!
