Liked the location, room was comfortable. The water in the pool was a little cool, but we enjoyed it with our grandkids for a while, till the kids started shivering. We didn't eat breakfast there, which was an additional cost. The biggest surprise was a $50 registration fee. We were already paying $130/night for a standard hotel room without an included breakfast. We probably won't staas boted abovey here again because of the total price.

It was quiet but for the noisy heavy equipment storage lot directly behind the hotel toward which my room faced.

Web page for the hotel indicated a "bar and grille" within the hotel. There was none which probably explains why there was no photo of the alleged establishment. The choice of beverages from the substitute "bar and grille" was extremely limited and much of the food on the so-called "menu" was not available. The occasional dog barking was a bit annoying. I am a dog lover but the inn needs to decide whether or not it is a hotel or a kennel.

Great location

The walls are paper thin. I could literally hear the whole conversation from neighbors. The pillows were ridiculously thin as well

Room was clean quiet. Liked having a small fridge and microwave in the room.

WiFi didn’t work until the day we left. Would prefer complimentary breakfast. No non-slip mat in the bath tub. At age 72 to I was fearful of falling. The handrails were helpful but a mat would be very helpful.

The property was off the highway quite a ways so it was quiet.

We could hear the next door neighbor’s music loudly through the bathroom vent but when we closed the door to the bathroom we couldn’t hear it where we were sleeping. The breakfast foods were not replenished in a timely manner.

I didn't want either the large buffet or a large breakfast. The restaurant staff was very kind to make me a couple of eggs and a single slice of toast at a greatly reduced rate. The coffee is always free, and it was pretty good. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Kim texted me after I got settled in my room to be sure everything was OK. Since we were there only one night, we didn't see the cleaning staff, who would have arrived after we checked out.

Rates have gone up considerably since my first stay, which was over 2 years ago. I'd like to see lower rates.

location is perfect for Intel visitors. breakfast is Ok, many options. for coffee lovers - machine at the room, for tea lovers - more challenging unless you drink black tea :(

Room is relatively dark. the air-condition was noisy & hard to control (very old style).

Inviting lobby, very very clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location, Mackenna at the front desk was fantastic

The only complaint I have is the hotel rooms could use some updating! Wall paper was peeling in bathroom, just outdated a little

The rooms have been upgraded with new fixtures and I will be happy to stay again, it is in an idea location for visiting family. I have stayed here before and honestly, I wasn't looking forward to it, on previous stays I rememberthe rooms were small and dated. However the property upgraded the rooms to be much nicer.

The wifi was slow at times.

Breakfast was delicious and fairly reasonably priced. The general manager, Elizabeth, was very gracious and accommodating and she sets a high standard for her staff, all of whom were very polite and helpful.

My 'home boss' said she thought the bed was too hard, but it was fine with me​.
