I enjoyed the layout of the room, huge TV on a swivel so I could watch while having breakfast in the kitchen area and then when winding down in bed.. Awesome.

In the bathroom there wasn't a shower liner just a decorative hanging, it was so short it barely touched the top of the tub so when I turned on the water for a shower it made a drenchful mess each time..Also the TV guide was off. For example it showed Bravo on channel 28. I turn on 28 and HGTV comes on, which based on the guide is channel 29. I changed to channel 27 and Bravo came on. It was only on certain channels. Very weird. I shared both concerns on check out and I'm confident Michelle is going to take care of what she can.

The location was very convenient. It was close to the places I was in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, for, which was for a concert I attended.

Some of the parking areas had tree branches that prevented parking closer to the front entrance of the hotel. Also, it was quite noisy due to someone either next door or above my room was making noise, like they were stomping around their room, this kept going on after I checked in, I tried to take a nap, but I wasn't able to because of the noise the other guest or guests were making.

The Male at the front desk was so polite & had a great personality. Our rooms weren't ready when we arrived because they were still cleaning them we arrived early. But he had housekeeping get them ready for us. We rode in from Raton on our motorcycles we we're beat. He offered us water and made sure we were taken care of while we waited. Excellent customer service. Thank you Sir!

Easy check-in and most importantly the customer services. My family and I had reservations at another hotel for weeks, but at check-in they couldn't expect my card payment unless for another $250.00. That didn't set right with my family. So last minute I had to fine another resort for my family. SO HAPPY WE DID.. My family and I got a very nice room and with a better price. I could not ask for more. Save our family trip. Gave use a chance to relax and rest. From a all day event. Thank you so much (LIAM) for being our Hero.

We had a rough beginning of a stay, Adam our Manager worked diligently to accommodate us, he has the greatest customer service skills. I apologize sincerely for getting off to a rough start Adam! Thank you for all you do! You and your staff have been amazing! Especially Liam, Melinda, and Genevieve :)

Close to where we wanted to go.

Was very noisy and dogs in someone's room barked every night. No staff came to check on it. No staff were present at customer service desk. Had to ring bell and wait until someone appeared.

Location was good. Rate was good for a clean room with a full kitchen.

Checkout time was 11am, but my key wasn't working at 9am. Desk clerk said it was because I was checking out that day, which didn't make any sense.

I will be staying here again it is clean, comfortable, staff was friendly and gave excellent service

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property it was easy to get to had nice clean grounds

The location is great. Not much of a selection. But I guess with the kitchen in the room it doesn't. matter.

For me , the kitchen was a little smaller than I prefer
