I am wheelchair bound and am told all the time bathrooms are accessible but rarely come with a wheel in shower. A Perfect wheel in shower ith an available bench seat i could transfer on to was fantastic. Usually these rooms are only at a highest pricel level. Here it was included with a room for 89!!! Nothing, was a fantastic star within minutes from the hospital so a perfect place to stay before a 6:00 am surgery timr

The wasn’t breakfast, coffee, oat meal and muffins was what was offered. Location was good, close to everything. Getting out onto the main road was hard with all the traffic and no traffic light. The fan in bathroom was nice, having to use the main entrance when I took my dog out was kind of a pain. But overall it was good and will stay there again. Oh and the volume was messed up on the tv, it would go mute. I would have to shut the unit off and restart in order to get volume back. Nothing the hotel could do about it.

It was quiet

Upon attempting to check in didn’t have a public restroom. We had traveled 1 and a half hour to get there. Offered us to go to Hannaford down the road seeing we had a 2 hour waiting before check in as our room wasn’t ready.

The entire staff was very attentive. Everyone made us feel so welcome and important. The staff truly wanted us to be satisfied. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our extended travel to date.

The fact that we had to leave after such a warm friendly reception.

very friendly stuff, room was spacious, comfortable and clean. the kitchen was big and you get everything you need to cook free of charge at the front desk. it’s located within minutes of multiple stores, shopping centers and restaurants, but it’s in a quiet street so you’ll get plenty of rest at night

the only small aspect would be that it’s not a full breakfast only granola bars, oatmeal, wrapped muffins, coffee tea and hot chocolate. since there is a kitchen everyone could just do their own breakfast and there’s plenty restaurants within close proximity to the hotel.

That each room had a functional kitchen with a 2 burner stove. No more trying to find something to cook in the microwave, I can actually cook food on the stove.

Easy check in. Room was big and had a microwave oven, full sized refrigerator and a stove top. Bed was comfy, peaceful and quiet, couldn't hear traffic on Rt 1. Definitely will go back!

Got stuck in the elevator for maybe a minute (felt like forever) and the Wi-Fi was flakey at times.

The breakfast was a letdown. The grounds were fair. Rugs are ready to be replaced. I booked for the kitchen!

Quiet, clean, helpful staff. The location is also very good. Close to the highway and close to everything we wanted to see in Portland.

There was nothing I did no like about our stay here.
