It is a well put together hotel very clean, and the night shift front desk guy with blonde hair, as well as the maintenance guy was very very kind, patient and went out of there way to make sure my stay was perfect, the booking was a little messed up and they made sure to make it All right with me for me and my two young kids. the night shift maintenance guy even got my 3 year old snacks while we waited to get our room, very friendly people they made us feel right at home. and I will be coming back here every time I stay at a hotel.

I didn’t like the housekeepers they knocked on my door 4-5 times while I was trying to pack up my two kids and myself, I would get sometime out away and there would be another knock in the door, after I told them I would be done in zap mins I client been get something packing up before Simone Is knocking on the door m

Convenient location. I stay here often on a work day if there is a considerable snowfall. I work in Portland but live 35 miles away. This facility has been my first choice and continues to be. The staff is always pleasant, breakfast selections good and fresh. Also as stated I stay when there is snowstorms. The property always keeps the parking lot cleared of snow. Especially this time the lot was continually being plowed. Great job Hampton Inn 🙂

The person at the front desk was very helpful and warm when we got there. He handed us water and tried to help us get a trolley for our luggage. It was Saturday before the worst of the big ice storm. Many people were arriving and he was kind to everyone. We got settled in, had time to arrange everything, have a snack and do a bit of email. Like most of the area, the hotel lost power in the early evening. Somehow we remained warm all night and when we got ready to leave in the morning the staff had set up paths for everyone trying to negotiate the stairs. GREAT response in a tricky moment for any hotel.

The weather didn't agree with our wish for a hot shower. The hotel was great.

Room was good and clean bed was comfy I was glad that it had the I call it a lounge chair because it’s easier for my boyfriend to sleep in instead of a bed breakfast was good

There could have been more towels in the room Im sure I could have gotten more at the front desk but it’s only common sense that if your staying two nights and there is two people you need more than two towels

Friendly, helpful desk staff, checking in and out! Very clean room and hallway areas. Breakfast was entirely adequate, very clean. Excellent coffee ☕️!! We did not use any amenities, so no judgment on gym or pool, etc. We just wanted a clean bed and room for the night. Excellent! All in all, great stay. Highly recommend!

When booking through Booking.com, the name of hotel is misleading. “Hampton Inn Portland-Airport. It is NOT at the airport. Was told there was a Shuttle. NO shuttle cost for cab to airport $40.00. Was told could leave vehicle there for 6 nights @ $7.00 per night. Actual cost $10.00 per Night. Cost to get back from airport to hotel will be approximately another $40.00 Not happy.

Great price, great location, pool and hot tub were very nice. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly.

Wall next to bed was dirty, bed skirt was falling off. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Tiles in pool area were falling off.

The room was what I expected having stayed at Hilton and Hampton Inn in the past for work trips. The breakfast was excellent better than any lesser hotel chain. We had a great sleep in the comfortable bed.

The pillows are too soft though, a firmer pillow is desirable. The rest was very good.

The room was clean (aside from some stains on some of the pillowcases) breakfast was great, I loved using the indoor pool and hot tub and the staff was very friendly. Location was perfect, close enough to Uber back and forth from the downtown area with ease. Would def stay again!

The pool and room were clean and in good order. The breakfast, while minimal selection was hot and fresh.

The hot tub water was fairly dirty, a lot of bubbles. Overall the cleaning staff were lacking as most all the floors needed to be vacuumed. As for the room itself that was clean.
