The room was very clean and bed comfortable. The shuttle driver was friendly and a great ambassador for the hotel.

The check- in staff overall was not overly inviting. Most did not offer suggestions and alternatives to dinner options in the area or how to use the shuttle service between the hotel and the airport. This information had to be asked for. As it turned out, we were not listed on the shuttle service for the 6:00am trip to the airport the next morning. This staff needs to be schooled in customer service and curtesy.

Room larger than expected. Very roomy! Two queen size beds very comfortable. Updated bathroom, very clean. Very quiet area, which was also surprisingly! Front desk staff were wonderful, very friendly and informative.

Breakfast! Rubber eggs! AWEFUL!! On Saturday morning about 8:30am, the buffet had almost nothing left.. Front desk person stated "the breakfast person called in", she was doing her best to keep up with restocking almost everything! Kudos to her! But breakfast was disjointed. Sunday am, they had a "breakfast staff" person, still slim pickings. On fresh fruit and yogurt selection. Eggs still aweful! Tables were not cleaned after guest cleared their own table..

Staff was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They changed the room from one King to two beds, making the arrangements more comfortable for us. This was not an option when it booked.

Trying to cancel the last night (from 8 nights to 7). Had to leave a message at the hotel, finally receiving a call back that I needed to contact the third party (Booking.com) to approve, as that is who was paid. They told me that they had to get approval from the hotel - which they were unable to contact, by phone,. They then sent email to hotel to respond to request. Two phone calls to hotel, having to leave messages. Third call (different #) spoke to desk. She has to get with manager to see if they will approve canceling the last day (11/2 instead of 11/3). Communication would be my biggest complaint.

Our second stay this year and just like before, Everything was Great !! The young lady who checked us in as well as the young lady who checked us out ... they were both so friendly & helpful !! The hotel was very clean and inviting. Our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable !! Great location, convenient to everything you could possibly want or need !! The breakfast area in the morning was clean and very well organized. They offered everything from sausage, eggs & waffles to cinnamon rolls & fresh fruit. More than enough to get your day started !! Would highly recommend !!

This will be my go to place when I come to Portland. Rooms are very nice with king size bed and giant TV with good channel selection. Microwave and fridge got lots of use. Bathroom has a nice shower with sliding glass doors. Waffles and eggs for breakfast along with different cereals and juices.

The only thing I had a problem with was the internet. When you add the password to connect to wifi it says connected without internet.

Comfortable, newer hotel with a continental breakfast. Nothing stands out a few weeks after our trip, but our room was comfortable and it did the job. Breakfast was a free continental breakfast, so if you keep your expectations low you'll be fine.

The same staff seemed to be there all the time which made me wonder about how they're treated. They were nice to talk to, so no issues with the staff. Just concern for their well being.

This hotel is close to the airport and there are several excellent restaurants nearby. The room was spotless and spacious. There is a continental breakfast included. The property seems to be rather new and the property clean. I would recommend this to any traveler to Portland, especially if you are flying out of this airport. There is shuttle service available to and from the airport.

The room was much bigger than I thought it would be, very clean, and comfortable. The shower was a walk-in and the water temperature was hot (adjustable) and the water pressure was great. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the dining area had a lot of area to move around.

The pillows were a bit lumpy, but after some adjustment, I slept great. The room heat had been turned off, so it was a bit too cold when we first got there, but it warmed up fairly quickly once we turned up the heat.

Room was huge, clean, super comfy bed. Totally exceeded my expectations. Hotel in general was roomy and very clean. Staff were great, everyone was quiet, excellent stay!

The breakfast in the morning wasn't the best, but not bad for free! I also totally forgot breakfast was included so it was a bonus really. Not much to complain about honestly!

The accommodations were really comfortable and attractive. We especially liked many of the little features in the room -- extra chairs, counter and desk space, and an ottoman that could be a foot rest or a chair. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of food, and the staff restocked and attended to it frequently. Next time in Portland we would stay there again!
