The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was nice. The receptionist was wonderful as well. We are from upstate SC and she happened to be from there also. We came in the off season and it happened to snow during our visit but she was kind enough to fill us in on places to go and things to experience in the area that we would enjoy in spite of the weather. Great experience overall and thankful for the sweet receptionist for her kindness and hospitality. 😊

The roll in shower in the handicap accessible room.

I was traveling with a friend and reserved the handicap accessible room with a shower specifically. When the desk clerk saw us she just changed our room to two beds with a tub. I am not physically able to get in a tub. My friend asked them to verify we would be in the room with the shower. That's when she fessed up about trying to change our room. Customers expect to have the room they reserved. Every disabled person is not the same and they know their own capabilities and they reserved the specific room according to their individual needs.

Everything, but as mentioned below.

The first issue was that the stopper in the sink wouldn't stay in place, so the water just ran out. The second issue is that the toilet is so low. It is not even a standard height. It's like a child toilet. My wife had trouble pulling her self up because there aren't any bars to grab. That is just a really dangerous issue!!!

This has become out go to hotel when we stay in the Portland area. Right off the highway but not noisy at all, close to stores and restaurants, convenient to our appointments, plenty of parking. We were pleasantly surprised to find some remodeling in an already clean, spacious room. Staff at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful. Great stay!

I stayed for one night before an international flight and wished I could have stayed longer because the hotel was so quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. I travel often and have arrived in many hotel rooms that didn't live up to their photos and reviews, so I always keep my expectations moderate, but this place happily exceeded all my expectations. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished, including a cool couch and footrest ideal for reading, a convenient work station for remote work, a lovely bathtub, and a super comfy king-size bed where I slept deeply. I also appreciated the well-equipped fitness room with treadmills, elliptical trainer, and weights. The staff were very welcoming and provided exceptional care and service, including Thecle, who graciously and patiently helped me trouble-shoot a problem with my reservation at check-in (which resulted from my having mistyped my surname when I placed the reservation online) and changed my room to make sure I was placed in the quietest spot possible when I mentioned I'm a light sleeper. The staff at the front desk the next morning, Anna and David, were equally hospitable and helpful. I learned from them that the hotel offers packages for long-term parking plus free airport shuttle when you travel--something I will definitely take them up on in the future!

Located near the Portland airport, and only 10 minutes away from the lobster restaurants in downtown Portland. We stayed here because it was the cheapest lodging that met our search criteria for an overnight stay. If you're visiting Portland, ME for an overnight stay during your road trip, this is the place to book.

The room size and layout were very good.

Not having a breakfast buffet was by far the biggest disadvantage - it made the total room rate quite high to have to go out to eat. There were some options being served downstairs, but they were of little use to us.

The room was very clean . I was able to purchase breakfast . The check-in people were very friendly . I was able to get a ride to the airport. The location was great .

Host Patrick at the Starbuck's coffee bar made us feel very welcome with his kindness and made some of the best cafe lattes we've had in a long time! The room was quiet and the beds comfortable again and the room spotless, as during the previous stay on the departure end of the trip.

Staff was amazing specially the older gentleman at the food court in the morning. However, we paid for breakfast when my booking said it was included thru booking.com.
