Loved the hot breakfast!! Parking was ok but seemed like it was further from room than some motel/ hotels I have stayed at.

Stupid Kerig in room DID NOT work. But was lucky our room (104) was not far from the hot coffee in the breakfast/ lobby area, but just a bummer when you have to get dressed more to go out there to get coffee.Did let the front desk know at check out about the Kerig.

The breakfast was phenomenal. Staff kept it stocked and clean. Everything was hot and fresh. The kids were so excited about the many different options.

The bathroom was very dark and kind of small. The rest of the room was well lit and had back lighting everywhere. So we were very surprised when the bathroom had one small, very dim orange light.

Breakfast was very good. and was varied each day of our two day stay. Items were replenished as needed and counters kept tidy. Very well-pleased with the suite we had. The extra space allowed us to relax and be more comfortable. All staff was friendly and helpful with any questions asked. Shuttle service to and from airport was prompt and efficient.

Breakfast was great :) Everything was explained in the booking.com and the photos and room matched. The people were friendly. In terms of location: with car it was close to city center and also very close to the hotel, there were a shopping center area in case you want to shop.

As it was our first time I didn’t know what to expect but everything and everyone from the staff to the room, products offered in the bathroom, the bedding, towels was excellent. even my 10y.o daughter was impressed which is practically a miracle. The pool could use some updating but except for that we were so happy we’ll be back this coming weekend.

The only thing I can think of that needs improvement is the pool, the seating was adequate but the pool itself needs updating.

Breakfast was good. Location was within a 20 minute drive to downtown. Restaurants and shops were close.

I didn't see a laundry facility, which would have been welcome.

Everything is great! Away from noisy establishments.

One of the lights next to the headboard was not working the heater was not working. But that night was bearable.

We ordered a room with 2 queen beds but they were full size. Also the pullout was so bad I had to go to target a by an air mattress for them to sleep on.

Good location and check in and check out were easy.

I booked a room for 4 people but only had bedding for 2 and towels for 3. Seems like that should have been addressed in advance.

This was a last minute reservation as I made an error in booking the hotel initially and the staff welcomed us and made everything great.
