Loved the hot breakfast!! Parking was ok but seemed like it was further from room than some motel/ hotels I have stayed at.

Stupid Kerig in room DID NOT work. But was lucky our room (104) was not far from the hot coffee in the breakfast/ lobby area, but just a bummer when you have to get dressed more to go out there to get coffee.Did let the front desk know at check out about the Kerig.

Breakfast was very good. and was varied each day of our two day stay. Items were replenished as needed and counters kept tidy. Very well-pleased with the suite we had. The extra space allowed us to relax and be more comfortable. All staff was friendly and helpful with any questions asked. Shuttle service to and from airport was prompt and efficient.

Breakfast was great :) Everything was explained in the booking.com and the photos and room matched. The people were friendly. In terms of location: with car it was close to city center and also very close to the hotel, there were a shopping center area in case you want to shop.

As it was our first time I didn’t know what to expect but everything and everyone from the staff to the room, products offered in the bathroom, the bedding, towels was excellent. even my 10y.o daughter was impressed which is practically a miracle. The pool could use some updating but except for that we were so happy we’ll be back this coming weekend.

The only thing I can think of that needs improvement is the pool, the seating was adequate but the pool itself needs updating.

Breakfast was good. Location was within a 20 minute drive to downtown. Restaurants and shops were close.

I didn't see a laundry facility, which would have been welcome.

The suite size, pillows and blanket.

The body wash was clearly refilled with a different type that was not Dove as advertised( half in pump was white and creamy, then the other half was a translucent beige ish liquid) and the “individual” body lotion was half gone and crusty when you open the top so it was clearly used by other customers. Any individual items should be that- just for 1 person and products should be as advertised. Otherwise it was a lovely stay!

Good location for access to Maine Medical Center and Portland Transportation Center at a lesser cost than downtown Portland.

Requested “accessible” room which was spacious with large bathroom. The bathroom had grab bars in the tub/shower but NO GRAB BARS near toilet, making access difficult and dangerous for an 80 yr old in a non-weight bearing cast.

The breakfast is very good with extensive offerings for this style of hotel. Special appreciation goes to Aziz, who insures that breakfast is running smoothly and that customers are happy.

It would be wonderful to have Electric Chargers for customers with Electric cars!!!

Good location and check in and check out were easy.

I booked a room for 4 people but only had bedding for 2 and towels for 3. Seems like that should have been addressed in advance.

Very clean and staff was great

We ordered a room with 2 queen beds but they were full size. Also the pullout was so bad I had to go to target a by an air mattress for them to sleep on.
