For anovernight it was very good for getting the room at a reduced rate through a 3rd party booking company.

There was dirt on the floor of the elevator and it was there from the time we checked i to the time we checked out. Other than that it was basically clean but also pets were there so I had to work around them. I usually ask for a room that pets were not in and one is never able to tell, but some facilities have rooms just for non pet consumers, but again one can’t tell. I enjoy pets but I am alleric so I always try to avoid them.

Upon entering, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was so clean and smelled fresh. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I am going to inquire of what pillows those were, best sleep in years. Morning staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this establishment. I normally stayed at the Double Tree next door but not again, Tru Hotel beat them by far with EVERYTHING. I am so so happy we stayed there. Keep up the good work Tru staff it does pay off, God Bless you all.

We picked this hotel because of the 24hour shuttle service and the location close to the airport. The shuttle service is 24 hours. Arrived in Portland at midnight called the hotel and the shuttle arrived to pick us up about 15 minutes later. It’s a shared shuttle with the double tree motel. The room was very comfortable and the continental breakfast not to bad.

The price for one night which was a weekend seemed a little pricey. Greater than $300.

Clean, most of the staff was friendly, one woman refilling the breakfast stand was rude. Super comfortable room. Front desk was well stocked and super convenient

Older woman, employee, short hair glasses. Her comments to other workers made my daughter uncomfortable and my daughter wouldn’t walk alone if the woman was there refilling items. No sense of customer service.

The hotel was in a good location, very close to the airport and about 15 minutes away from downtown where parking is ridiculously overpriced. They have free spacious parking and right next to Maine Mall. The room was clean and new. We were given a room on the first floor next to the parking lot. It was a peaceful night and we didn’t hear any noise from outside. Breakfast was ok. Overall, it was a good choice for our group.

We like pretty much everything about this place! It’s conveniently located (old port, beaches, highway, mall, restaurants), it’s clean and staff is friendly (the breakfast lady is awesome) and the price is reasonable, especially since they have a great continental breakfast ! This is our second visit within a few months and you will see us again soon!

Breakfast was great. Wide variety and good hot options. Big open area. Wonderful coffee. Room was good with plenty of outlets and nice indirect lighting options. Good bed. Very small room for the high price. Clever use of rolling tables made it very versatile. Liked the European style toiletries. Excellent staff. Knowledgeable and helpful.

Was surprised there was no coffee maker or microwave in the room. Apparently it it Tru policy. Price was quite high but that could have been a holiday rate.

The best hotel!! So clean, friendly, and inviting! Lobby is so nice and we would come down for coffee and just hang out. Def recommend! My girls loved it as well! Room was so clean and the shower was so cute!!

We loved the place right away! The rooms are clean, staff were kind and helpful and food is great! We loved it that we can sit in the lounge and have unlimited coffee, the place is very comfortable. This is our new place to stay whenever we'll visit Portland ☺️

Staff were friendly and always ready to help. There were plenty of surfaces to put open suitcases and still walk around comfortably. Really appreciate the self service laundry, making things easy for longer trips! Location was great for food and shopping. If you have a car, don't be put off by it being 'airport area', it's only a short drive to the town centre.

Hot breakfast options could be mixed up a bit more. It was also disappointing to see disposable cutlery and plates being used. Unfortunately it seems the US is still very behind with this. It would be great to see Hilton taking a better stance on this. Imagine the waste this one company could stop from going to landfill.
