The lobby was so spacious and appealing with the many windows, green plants and heavy glass doors. The facility smelled very fresh. It had a high class vibe to me. I was allowed to check in several hours early. So, my stay was just wonderful! My room was spacious with sumptuous bedding and towels. There were very handy wall adjustable reading lights. It was relaxing. The front desk woman went above and beyond in helping me with my smart phone. Likewise with staff on other shifts.

The only thing was that the room's heater was a little noisy until it reached your desired temperature. Still, you could adjust it easily.

Our flight was cancelled until the following day so our stay was not planned. We were able to walk from the airport to the hotel, but a shuttle was offered. Staff and service were exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the inside pool and the restaurant food was good. The lobby was comfortable and inviting, offering free cucumber water and freshly made cookies in the afternoon and hot coffee in the morning.

It would have been better if our flight wasn't cancelled, but I have nothing bad to say about the hotel.

The staff is exceptionally fantastic! Adam, Andrew, Hope was so helpful & Elsie is perfect- they were the best staff I’ve ever encountered! Initiative, friendliness & efficiency. Bright, energetic, knowledgeable & kind.

Perhaps more snack options in the gift shop… even souvenirs like typically Maine items but loved the Whoopie pie. Lobby is bright & beautiful but perhaps a few more plants even if artificial. Still nice!

Location to airport--very good. Beds were comfortable. Room was comfortable and clean. Check in and out was simple. Staff attentive. I am a 61 year old female and was alone and felt very safe here.

I had a terrific dinner--salmon, rice, veggies and wine. Breakfast buffet left a little something to be desired for the price. Hubby ordered breakfast off the menu and it was a little smaller than anticipated. Dinner was not the same category at all.

Hilton Garden is perfect for leaving on a flight. Their Shuttle was prompt and willing to take us to the airport as early as 4AM. They had coffee and tea, fruit and helpful staff. We did don’t stay for breakfast as we left too early but the facility has a lot to offer.

There is a very overpriced Bar onsite. I would opt to going somewhere else. A shot of alcohol was $10! I thought that was a bit over the top. Beer and Wine Spritzer in a can was $9. Not worth the convenience.

They’re starting to nickel and dime their guests. Now you have to pay for parking because that’s round by outside company and the continental breakfast used to be free with a stay but now has what they call a surcharge, which is a fancy name for now you pay for your breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated that there was a buffet breakfast in the morning.

The room needed to be vacuumed. There was no conditioner in the shower. There was a crusty spot of something that was spilled on the rug. The housekeeper was very rude to another employee while I was walking down the hall and was very unfriendly to me.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was kind and helpful, no matter how busy they were.

The breakfasts were below standard both days, with most of the buffet gone. We gad a single spoonful of eggs and fruit. There was only half a bagel and white bread. I avoid muffins and sweets so didn't get much for the $14

Airport location, park-and-fly service, complimentary airport shuttle, exoected chain hotel cleanliness,, competitive price, very good noise proofing.

Park and fly sign in complexity, understaffed and ordinary in-hotel restaurant (not terrible, not very good food).

Bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. The room was immaculate and had a mini fridge and microwave. Ironing board came in handy as well. I also liked i could leave my car there while I traveled. Plus the airport was across the street.
