Newly renovated rooms and clean.

Parking lot had a lot of trash in it.

The room was big enough to accommodate a wheelchair. The bed was clean and space was adequate. The air conditioner worked. The TV was large enough but no guide as to what channels were there.

The toilet seat should be higher with handles so that the patient could lift themselves off from it with help. The toilet was way to low. There was no adequate space to transfer patient to the bed. There was a floor strip that made it difficult to get from one section to the next. Entrance into the building was also hard because there was a crack in the entrance walkway.

Location was good for our purpose. The area had a decent selection of restaurants.

The first day we stayed there my sister was thrown from the chair that was not put together well. Also didn't like the fact that there were no other chairs besides the bed to sit on. Being handicapped, and not having another chair to sit in was not pleasant. The rolling chair was not good on a floor wit no mat. I almost fell myself because the chair was not stable enough.

Was very worried based on how affordable it was and based on past experience with hotels in the area allowing not so pleasant guests but was pleasantly surprised to find an up to date and renovated hotel! The room was perfect for our family of 4. A small fridge, two comfy beds and a really great shower! The new LVP flooring was so pretty and the huge 3 canvas prints of a local lighthouse above the bed were stunning! It’s so nice to have smaller hotel option for families who don’t have a ton of money to drop on a simple place to sleep! Was very happy!

The only thing that still needs updating… the TVs 🤣 They are still not “smart” TVs and I find it would be so much nicer then traveling with kids to be able to watch something other than the local channels.

The rooms were surprisingly comfortable for the price! Clean, good towels and sheets, good AC. Breakfast had many options, from cereal, to toast, bagels, waffle station, fountain juice, and eggs and ham.

It was a bit noisy because of the neighbours on our floor and the trucks nearby. Nothing the hotel can really do about it. We still slept well. The pool is more like a large spa. Very small.

Facility is being updated, and was pleasantly surprised that the room was recently done, and halls/shared spaces were in process of final renovation. Much nicer/more up to date than the exterior suggests. Very convenient location for my purposes (traveling to Scarborough for vet medical appt). Very reasonably priced.

Front desk staff was overwhelmed at checkin--and assigned me to a room that was already occupied. They did meet me with a new room key and helped me move all my stuff to the new room.

I'm a general contractor... great job on the remodel, whenever that was... Staff was friendly, entire property was completely cleaned up, including the parking lot... Lovely shower with plenty of towels... Worked great for coworkers trying to shower up and get some rest before going back to work in the morning and the price was very affordable... Thank you

While the room was clean, it was very basic with nothing really special about it. It was very nice to have a warm, free breakfast in the morning, but get there before 9, as they weren't refilling after 9, so we missed out on a lot of the hot items. All in all, this hotel was fine for a one-night stay and easy to get to from the airport.

Staff was very kind and always willing to help. Nice thing to have an indoor pool. The gym was also a nice thing to have even though there were only a few weights. The airport shuttle was a plus in getting this place and the driver was professional

The noise from other guests, around 3 am someone was fighting really hard and it was nerve wrecking to hear, like it was some cheap motel.

The hotel is a little dated, but the room, staff, and breakfast were all good. The staff at check in were polite and friendly. The staff at the breakfast were great. We arrived around 930 for breakfast. We were able to make and eat without rushing to leave breakfast at 10 when it closes. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked.
