location is impeccable, (less than 5 mins away by taxi from ginza central shopping area, less than 10 mins away from Tokyo station (JR and shuttle to NRT). It is a petite size hotel (floor 3-10, 5-6 rooms each floor) but has everything we need, nice decorations at entrance/lobby, room is spacious compared to most other Tokyo hotels we stayed before (with same price range), wood tub definitely a surprise, love the complimentary morning bakery and tea/coffee. 2 sushi stores in same block, tsukiji tamasushi is a must try, the other one open till 3am, family mart only one block away.

Deliberately chose this hotel as it's located in a quiet area, yet it's just mins walk from Ginza area, Tsukiji station, or the Tsukiji outer market. Another selling point is the wooden bath tub, which gives a private, onsen-like experience, perfect to wind down after a long day. The bath tub is larger than normal ones, and it fits one adult & one child. The interior of the hotel is beautifully designed & well thought through, with Japandi as the overall theme. It's also a small boutique hotel, with only one lift and 4 rooms per floor. Perfect for that Tokyo getaway experience. Staff was really courteous & helpful. Amenities are provided for free & you'll get everything you need for basic hygiene and more. The drinks in the mini bar are also free (2 water bottles, 2 small cans of Sapporo beer, Coke & Calpis), which we thought was really a nice gesture. There's a few 7-11 & Lawson nearby, so there's no need to worry about wanting some small bites or drinks. Overall, it's really a great place to stay & highly value for money and recommended if you want to stay in a quiet area, yet still accessible to all the important areas in Tokyo. There's also 2 nice Sushi places just next door; one is by reservation & we didn't get to try, and another one offering a more local experience with obviously great selection of sushi & others.

None.

Modern design and perfectly located, close to all the best amenities, including thee "Ginza" which us less than a km away, metro stations, Tsukiji Fish Market, and even a 7-Eleven just steps away. The staff were extremely helpful and professional throughout our stay. As a runner, I loved that I could explore different routes each day. One of my favourites was running along the beautiful Sumida River such a peaceful and scenic experience. The complimentary daily pastries, coffee, green tea, and fruit juices were a lovely bonus and added a warm touch to our mornings. Our room was surprisingly spacious bigger than a typical Tokyo hotel room, especially for such a prime location. And wow, the bathroom was massive! The separate areas for the basin, toilet, shower, and bath made it feel incredibly luxurious. The high-tech toilet that flushes itself was impressive! Another thoughtful touch was the fridge being restocked daily with bottled water, Coke, soda, and even a beer, much appreciated after a long day of exploring. I came with my 21 year-old daughter, and we both agreed: we’re definitely coming back in two years' time.

Even though the room was cleaned daily, the floor wasn’t swept and mopped each day. Other than that, I give the hotel 9/10

I booked this hotel mainly for its cedar wood bath tub (or I’d prefer to stay in Ginza, more convenient for shopping, hee hee). That tub is what I looked forward to after a long day of walking around. The location is also perfect. A block from The subway lines H and Y took me anywhere in Tokyo. Tons of good sushi restaurants within 2-3 blocks radius (so you feel like you’re in “Tsukiji” district, for real!). 2 family marts, 1 7-11 and 1 Lawson and anyone small local supermarket for all you need! The staff is also very helpful when I need to ship stuff back. Super friendly and kind.

The TV. Bad position for TV viewing.

The room is beautiful and the hanoki bath is gorgeous. The hotel is in a quiet and quaint section of the city, only 7-8 min walk from main shopping. If you’re looking to be out of the hustle and bustle of Ginza but not too far of a walk, this is a perfect spot. We reserved the private bath on floor 2 and used the lounge for an additional 2200 yen and it was well worth the price before our long flight. We enjoyed our welcome matcha drinks.

For a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) we booked the premier twin room and paid extra for a roll-out bed (message the hotel to reserve). The space was still rather tight and we had to get crafty with luggage space. We only stayed for two nights but anything longer would have been too much. I would recommend this hotel to mostly couples but the staff were all very welcoming and kind to my kids.

1. the location of the hotel is quite near the metro station. 2. there is a huge wooden Japanese bathtub in the room. 3. we had a mini-bar with 4 types of drink including water for free. 4. there is one welcome drink for each person available from 10 am ~ 6 pm. 5. room spacious enough to organize easily two big luggages on the floor. 6. decent wifi connection 7. simple breakfast included

1. there is no coin washing machine, you will have to walk 5 minutes to the nearest called "Baluko Laundry Place". 2. there is only one lift and it is a bit slow. 3. no vestibule, you need to put your shoes just on the floor

It’s my 3rd time in a year staying at TSUKI Tokyo. The location is just perfect and the room way bigger than the standard of Tokyo. Minimalist design and quiet lobby (only 3 rooms per floor). I recommend premium room with the Japanese bath thub as the size of the bathroom is very comfortable (for Tokyo). What I loved the most is the kindness of the staff, always going extra mile to make ur stay enjoyable. Walking distance to Ginza and 5 mins walk to the main metro lines. Perfect location.

TSUKI was in a great location close to Tsukiji subway station (Y and H line) and served as a great jumping off point for the rest of Tokyo. We were a quick walk to the Tsukiji fish market and we felt like we were a quick walk from all of the delicious food and bars in the Ginza district (we felt there was the best and most options in the area around the hotel). We did take a quick and affordable cab to and from the Tokyo station when traveling with our luggage. The room was large for Tokyo and was very clean and comfortable. The wood bath was massive and we had a nice soak after a day of walking the city. The breakfast was traditionally Japanese. We only ate the chicken option which provided a good tasty base for the day of walking. If you prefer more of an American breakfast we would recommend just picking up coffee and a pastry as a near by coffee shop. We would stay at the TSUKI again (and we are - just booked for our return to Tokyo).

Hotel is very small and very fancy (feels like the Muji Hotel), we got the big room and that was spacious for Tokyo standards, everything looks and feels brand new, complimentary drinks in the fridge, the location in Tsukiji is very convenient, the Hibiya line is good, the neighbourhood is quiet, the breakfasts were very filling (Japanese bento boxes and Western pastries), and we swapped our matcha tasting for sake tasting and the staff were happy to oblige.

It is a little on the expensive side, for what you get overall. Staff (while very attentive and kind) were not as comfortable with English as other staff in other hotels, so when it came to sake tasting, they struggled to explain it. But the sake was proper daiginjo and tasted awesome so we didn't care! Again, very small niggle and it didn't bother us at all.
