We were visiting relatives and friends in the city. This location worked well for us. The hotel was easy to access from the highway and it was in a quiet location. We liked our room. It was spacious with a king bed. It also had a comfortable armchair for seating. The breakfast room was large and we did not have any issues finding a place to sit for our light breakfast. Hot food (eggs, sausages, hashbrowns), cereals, yogurt, juices and some pastries were the standard breakfast offered in addition to hot coffee. Large parking area, so it was never a problem to park at this hotel. Daily room service was provided. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Exhausted from a 28-hour flight delay from Africa and arriving in Regina without my luggage, I was running on fumes. Thankfully, during my flight from Toronto to Regina, the in-flight Wi-Fi allowed me to seamlessly book a last-minute stay at a place near the hotel, which was a lifesaver. The front desk clerk, whose name I didn’t catch, was incredibly kind and understanding, arranging a shuttle for my return to the airport the next morning. The property was lovely, and the included breakfast was a delightful surprise—delicious and a perfect start to the day. Despite my fatigue, the warm hospitality, tasty breakfast, and convenience of in-flight Wi-Fi made this experience truly memorable.

I got a really good last minute rate so was well worth the price. Felt brand new which is always nice.

Property was bare bones and I think will start to show its wear quickly. My one criticism was the breakfast Sunday morning. We were there an hour before it ended - there was no coffee, no hash browns and all the bins i.e. muffins, pastries, etc needed replenishing and there was no one except one clerk at the front desk to ask about it. Someone was called and the replenishing happened but slowly and we were finished by then.

Great location, very clean, quiet considering how close to airport. Loved having a little kitchenette as we were there for a week. Made it much nicer being away. Climate control was good. Elevators were quick. Close to grocery, gas and where we needed to be in the city.

The phone had no cord - weird. The window covering fell off the first time we touched it - they offered to fix right away - but we didn’t really need it, so just left it. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked - to be fair, I have a bad back and am VERY picky. The breakfasts were meh.

A large well appointed room with a decent breakfast provided. I have stayed here ib the past and will return again.

This is a bit nit picky I guess but.. The bed frame sticks out at least 6 inches past the mattress. Several times, especially in the dark when you guided by the white bed clothes. I drove my shins into the solid dark coloured bed frame. Also, I would have appreciated a couple of pant specific clothes hangers. When travelling, it is nice to allow the pants to hang rather than be folded over bar

The location was great due to its proximity to the airport! The room exceeded our expectations especially as we had been upgraded upon arrival, which was a wonderful surprise after a very long and exhausting day of travel dealing with delay after delay! The gentleman at the front desk was so pleasant and welcoming even though it was well after midnight! We'll definitely use this hotel again!

It would have been nice for there to have been water bottles in the fridge when we arrived, especially since we arrived extremely late after a very delayed flight! We were directed to the vending machine which was out of stock. We then tried the vending machines on other floors but to no avail.

Overall, we had a good stay. The rooms were clean and well soundproofed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal, close to everything we needed.

The in-room air conditioner and air exchange system were quite noisy, which was a bit disruptive. Additionally, the breakfast didn’t meet our expectations, so we opted to eat at a nearby Tim Hortons instead.

The size of the room and the neatness were top-notch The staff were helpful. They even called to check on me when I did not arrive at the time indicated in my booking. I greatly appreciate that extra care.

The towels need to be replaced. Besides the fact that they could no longer absorb so much water, the cotton was coming out and sticking to our skin as we used the towels to dry our bodies.

The rooms were clean, new and spacious. The rooms ceiling must have been 10 feet! It felt giant and modern! Plenty of free parking. Safe location and Tim Hortons with in walking distance. Their price was really reasonable ! Also pool and hot tub on location.

The free breakfast wasn’t the best. It was pretty average. It was the only down fall about this hotel. If they could up their breakfast game (waffle maker, warm breakfast, more selection) this would be the best hotel in Regina!

pillows too big and not comfortable a/c system too complicated for older person ... had days of weeks/ time of day ( all in small letters) hold .. once screwed it up wouldn't come on despite lowering temp People above were noisey .. kids jumping on floor and adults heavy footsteps
