Eleventh Floor Suites is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Cagliari. It is a beautiful property, filled with light plus sea and city views. Roberta, the proprietor, obviously takes great pride in her establishment, and it shows throughout the property. The rooms are lovely and have terraces to sit on and enjoy all the life happening in Caligari below. Everything is spotlessly clean. The bathrooms are modern with a terrific shower. The breakfasts are exceptional and vary from day to day. And Roberta is happy to provide information and assistance to guests who want to experience all Cagliari and the surrounding areas have to offer. The walk from the property to the Marina/Castle area (for many of the shops and restaurants) is a very direct walk of about 20 minutes. We hated to leave, and would most definitely stay again when visiting the city.

I honestly cannot think of anything that could have made our stay any better -- it was perfect.

We already knew from previous reviews that it was going to be something special but the reality exceeded our expectations. It was an experience in every aspect, from the facilities, which are very personal but elaborated in every detail, to the excellent breakfast that Roberta and her husband prepared every morning and it is truly a gastronomic experience. The beds are super comfortable, the balcony has a wonderful view of the old town and the sea. The apartment was fully equipped in a way that I have not experienced anywhere else ... in the bathroom there was even a toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash for everyone, there was also a fridge filled with various drinks ... coffee, fruit, biscuits available in the dining room ... umbrellas available as well as sun loungers and so on ... unbelievably made-up! Roberta was very kind, smart and helpful with advice on visiting the area, restaurants or excursions. We slept there for 4 nights but would have preferred to stay there more. We will definitely remember this accommodation forever ... also, or especially thanks to Roberta.

Nothing that is worth mentioning.

The photos do not do this place justice! The floor is absolutely beautiful, and the decor throughout is stunning. The attention to detail is amazing with a fridge full of complimentary drinks in the room, as well as toothbrushes, Mouthwash and vanity kits should you forget yours. Above all, Roberta is the most amazing host and provides a very filling and diverse breakfast every single morning, as well as wonderful recommendations for food, drink, beaches and travel around the city. She very much makes this place a home away from home for you, and is so warm, kind and helpful. Would not hesitate to book here again - a total gem in this wonderful city!

Nothing, it was perfect!

This is the most luxurious and comfortable private hotel that I have ever stayed in. The views of Cagliari and the surrounding water are beautiful from every window, with 270 degrees of views. The food at breakfast was excellent, carefully chosen by Roberta, who owns this establishment. As for the rooms, they are carefully and stylishly appointed with lovely quality bedding and interior design. I highly recommend Eleventh Floor Suites in Cagliari.

I cannot think of a single thing that I did not like. I loved the atmosphere that Ms. Roberta has cerated as it is restful and quiet. I also loved how elegant the rooms are.

i LOVED my stay at 11th floor suites!!!!! I have NEVER had the kind of experience I did and that is because of its amazing hostess and proprietor who has anticipated every need and pleasure of her guests and attended to the details that can satisfy and exceed them!!!! I truly felt like royalty at this B & B and I fear I will never find such a place whose owner takes pride in her city of Cagliari and her country; someone who wants to help guests know and explore her home and hometown; someone who provides a luxurious and stunning ambience; someone who goes to such great efforts to make breakfast an experience. Every room has a balcony, bathroom, spacious and comfortable sleeping quarters and its own design personality. It is secure, centrally located and clean. There is nothing that any guest would lack except more time to stay at 11th floor suites. Seriously, I could have lived there! The heart of all this is the heart of its owner/hostess and she is a beautiful human being! ❤️

Nothing!!! It was flawless!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The owner (Roberta) is incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending the most beautiful and interesting places to visit (both Cagliari and Sardigna), like the best tour guide. She has a keen appreciation for beauty, history and art. The Sardignian breakfasts were delicious, and the interiors are charming and atmospheric. The location is perfect, close to bus stops and within a short (15min) walk to the ancient center or Marina. The view from the 11th-floor balcony is amazing. Cleanliness is a major highlight. The room, bathroom, and dining area were spotless and cleaned daily. The owner also provided a full range of toiletries, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place with character.

Everything! Roberta was an excellent host. It made our stay feel like being home. The level of detail is extraordinary. It's rare to feel that comfortable on vacation. Nice breakfast, with local products from the nearby market and local dishes which help to get to know some of the culinary habits. Excellent interior design. Unique style. Fine views of the city. The room was great. Spacious. Very clean. The bed was comfortable. Fully equipped bathroom (you don't even need a toothbrush). Water and other drinks available in a small refrigerator were included in the room. Beach towels and umbrella were available.

Nothing really. Well, parking is not always easy if you come by car and you should be aware of the different prices per street and hour of the day but it was manageable.

EVERYTHING!!!! Roberta is like a fairy who spreads her magic in fairyland called Eleventh Floor Suites. Every detail in this place tells a fascinating fairytale. The scent in a whole apartment makes you feel like you crossed the gate to magical world. The view from balconies takes your breath away. Delicious tea pampers your taste buds after an intense day of sightseeing. Great coffee wakes you up at the morning. You feel at heaven when you try fabulous breakfasts prepared by Roberta. Woollen plaid tucks you in when you sit on the balcony in the evening, talk for hours with your travel companion and watch how beautiful Cagliari goes to sleep. Amazing place in Sardegna so much worth to visit.

OUTSTANDING THE BEST ACCOMMODATION YOU WILL EVER STAY IN 🤩 We had an exceptional experience, thanks to the genuine warmth and care provided by Roberta. Her heartfelt hospital was incredible. Her establishmeant is absolutely wonderful, with it's own unique charm. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to help us navigate our time in Cagliari and surrounding areas. Her kindness truly touched us, and it certainly was by far our best ever experience. The room was beautifully maintained , equipped with all the necessary amenities, and provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Very pretty property. Roberta is an amazing host and was extremely helpful with the check-in and sharing all relevant details around parking, etc before our stay. Paid parking around 3-4min from the property and free parking all around the property makes for a stress free experience. Roberta was also very kind in suggesting to us nearby places, tourist attractions and restaurant recommendations. The view in the morning is to die for and the breakfast is truly amazing. Roberta also gave us some cookies which were the best cookies I have ever had Overall amazing experience and must recommend!

The room is a bit small. Becomes a bit tight if you have a lot of luggage. Also, other people may also book the adjoint room. Just something to be aware of but not a negative and did not impact our stay in any way.
