From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly, professional staff who go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The rooms are peaceful, modern, and impeccably clean, offering all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. A highlight of my experience was the food at the restaurant. The quality is exceptional, with dishes full of bold, exciting flavors that truly tantalize the palate. I made a special request for Rasmali dessert for dinner, and the talented chefs, Yogendra and Prasad, did not disappoint. If you’re staying here, do not miss the food—it's a treat! The waitstaff also provide a fine dining experience, with the kind of attentive service you’d expect at a silver-service restaurant. Namdev stood out as an excellent waiter, so helpful, kind and professional. This is the kind of place that makes you want to return again and again. I’ll definitely be staying here on my next trip to Pune!

I like the eco conscious choices that this chain makes. I love that they provide water in glass bottles instead of plastic ones. Changing bedding and bathroom linen on alternate days is great. The staff is very welcoming. Onsite restaurant and room service is a plus. The rooms are huge! Location is pretty close to most places in Pune City including Pavilion mall.

It's not the hotel's fault but the ongoing metro construction can be a problem for Uber/taxi's to reach during certain times of the day. They could provide USB charging in their rooms which is standard in all modern hotel rooms. The spring mechanism on doors all over the place need fixing because the loudest noise is from doors slamming.

The staff is very affable and polite. Everyone from the desk staff, to the restaurant staff to the security personnel are professional, polite and want to have good conversations. The bathrooms are spacious, clean and the hot water mechanism works well.

The wifi in my room was weak. I am not sure what the issue was but the signal isnt the same in all parts of the room. The rooms could benefit from hacing a power cord extension as well for more plug points.

I have been traveling worldwide for the past 22 years and have stayed at numerous hotels and resorts. However, the hospitality and services provided by E Square were exceptional. I have never experienced such excellent service, even at 7-star properties like St. Regis and Pullman. Truly an amazing experience and top-notch service!

Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were cooperative. The breakfast buffet was good too. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing otherwise overall a good experience. It also is located in center of the city, easier to travel around.

Due to the ongoing road/ metro work, outside road was bad and always busy. Making it difficult to even walk.

Hotel entrance, looks very bad. May be the reception can be moved from the 5th level to the ground floor. Now the hotel doesn't look inviting at all.

Due to construction work on the main road, it was difficult to reach. The hotel should put direction boards on the main road for people to navigate.

The rooms were large and everything was kept nicely. I cannot speak for the pool but the gym was a nice touch for a quick workout. Staff were helpful and friendly.

It may take a few more days than what is stated on the pamphlet to get your laundry back.
