The breakfast was great! The staff is friendly. It was located near everything.

There was a lot of homeless people in the back entrance. There was one that scared me as I was trying to move my car to a better parking spot closer to where I could see it from my room. I did not feel safe outside. Also as I was leaving there was a homeless man laying on the street right as you exit and that was scary, wasn’t sure if he was dead or drunk. There were 3 other men sitting across the street just watching. There should be some security that comes by regularly to be sure it is safe for the people that are staying there.

The location was only minutes from everything to do in Waco. When arriving I thought the area and landscaping was very clean and appealing. Checking in was easy and the staff was welcoming. The lobby and adjoining areas were exceptionally clean and nicely styled and inviting. Our room was modern and stylish and very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfy. In the morning we enjoyed working out at the hotel. We also enjoyed the breakfast which had a great variety of choices to eat and plenty of places to sit as a family. We really loved everything about the stay plus the great value!

There were lots of choices for breakfast. The Texas shaped waffles were delightful. The flow of service was good. The eating area was kept clean by staff as well as guests.

The room was perfect with size and amenities. The bed and pillows were lovely - but the cover on the duvet was not closed so the sheet got confusing with the duvet cover. At times it was challenging to regulate our temperature as the thick duvet was a bit warm. We still enjoyed our stay very much.

When we checked in the computer system was down. They had everything printed and ready. We went to our room and noticed brown water coming through the window. I went downstairs and the gentleman said he would get us a new room but with the computers down he would have to check and see what room is available. When I was at the front desk he had someone else he was working with who may not have been happy. Within 5 minutes he was at our room with new keys for a new room. He should have been very stressed out but he was so nice, had a smile and so helpful. What an asset to your staff. I wish I would have got his name to let you know.

Absolutely nothing.

For a 2 star hotel, this place was fantastic. We traveled with a family of 6 and a dog, which is always hard to accommodate. This hotel is newer and nicer than some 4 star hotels I have stayed at. Rooms were clean and well organized (can fit 6 people!). The couch bed wasn't substantial, so best for kids only). The great thing about this hotel is there is a covered and heated pool and spa. While I went to shop at the Silo's, my husband swam with the kids at the pool in March (it was chilly outside). The staff was really nice and the breakfast was good. Breakfast isn't fancy, but make your own waffles, eggs, sausage. bagels, cereal, yogurt, and fruit (plus more) is more than enough for us and my kids are always excited to get to pick their own breakfast. Parking was easy (big lot that isn't busy) and there are a bunch of restaurants opening soon across the street. Felt like a safe area. They even had a veterans parking spot in the front. Just loved this.

Pillows aren't great, but this is pretty typical of most hotels. If you are specific or staying more than a couple nights, might want to bring your own. They are feather pillows, but pretty flat after a bit.

Very Quiet room, and we love the workout room, especially the Precor stationary bike and the back stretching machine. The pool and hottub look great, though we didn't use them. The breakfast was good with various good items, like bagels, muffins, and eggs and hashbrowns, sausage links, and 2 juices and yogurt and waffles, etc. And ww love the location of this hotel, as it's walking distance to several restaurants. Overall, this hotel is great and I'd stay here again with my family.

No shampoo or soap in our bathroom, but maybe it was just an oversight for our room, idk. Kind difficult to turn on and off the bedside lights above each bed, as hard to reach when laying down in bed. But oh well, great hotel.

I wanted a hotel close to Baylor Uni and this was a 10 minute walk. It was also a 15 minute walk into centre of Waco. Close to a wide range of restaurants. Breakfast was great, as I was travelling with kids, so this saved money eating out. Good selection for breakfast - cereal, porridge, waffles, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, sausages, toast, tea, coffee, hot choc and fruit juice. More than enough choice for us. The pool was bigger than pictures suggested and reasonably quiet. Hot tub excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable. We had just come from La Quinta in Arlington and the Waco hotel was much more modern.

The foyer/lobby was beautiful but lacked the atmosphere in the evening for a drink. I just popped to the hotel next door for a couple of drinks instead.

The staff was awesome and so were the rooms. I also like the fa t that they had a bar in the lobby

I didn't like the fact that I washed some clothes and a guest took my clothes along with under garments/personals out and just placed them on top of the wash with underwear sitting on top of everything and visible

I really liked the interior design of the room and the hotel in general. Also, the location was perfect, if you prefer walking to downtown and restaurants and bars. Breakfast was good, with some diverse options. Overall, this was a good hotel.

The only thing I did not like was that the Spa was open, and it was cold outside. So, we used the jacuzzi, which was great, but it would have been more comfortable if there was a window or a glass that would divide the area from outside.

Did not eat same old hotel food , no variety

We stayed right down from desk. People in room near us were running up and down the hall. They were yelling extremely loud. Asked the desk the next morning about noise and the reply was they must have been either taking out trash or preparing breakfast. I replied from 3 am to about 3:30 am!
