The hotel is set up a small easily walkable hill. It was very easy to get to, just walking distance from the busy-ish town centre and quiet. The view: From the terrace and from our room overlooking the terrace - we had the view of the mountains with the Braşov Hollywood-style signage which I thought was very cool. Trees and singing birds outside…all very calm and chill. The staff were kind, courteous and anticipated our needs. I had let them know that it was my Birthday weekend and they upgraded me to a suite without making a fuss about it, only letting me know the next morning at breakfast when they wished me a happy birthday. We had planned to leave early and head to Braşov city centre for a bit of a wander and then go to Bran castle but we decided to enjoy the room and its amenities instead and just visit Braşov for the afternoon. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was divine. The hand soap was LUXURY and all the amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, soaps etc were all clearly made with the intention to help safeguard our planet. Very eco-friendly. We were able to leave our bags with the staff after checking out so we could go exploring. The morning breakfast was delicious and perfect.

A very friendly Hotel, Staff were excellent, very helpful. We had a 3 bedded room on the 3rd floor, with a balcony overlooking the town, which was very nice. The stairs were a bit hard going for us, but we managed, we are 70. Years old. We used a Uber to go to the Square, but it is walkable. It is up a hill, so the walk back would be the hardest part, we used the bar a few times, which was good, we never used the Restaurant, as we preferred to go into the Old Town, but if I had 1 day more at the Hotel We would have used it. The location is great, just a short walk from the old town centre and has nice views from the bar terrace but is up a steep hill if you have walking difficulties. The room I stayed in was very large. Having some where to park the rental car was an added bonus. Complementary water was nice.

My room didn't have a proper shower, just a hose and head in the bath which was ok but I prefer a proper shower. For the size, the room could do with a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities.

While somwhat hidden away, the hotel was actually only 10 minutes (sic) from the historical centre. The rooms were large, albeit somewhat simply appointed. The 3rd floor rooms had excellent views out over the city. Breakfast was good, and they provided cooked food to order. We would stay there again, and would enjoy more of Brasov and its environs.

Parking is very limited and, had they not had room for our vehicle, I do not know how far away we would have had to park. There is no lift - which we knew when we booked - so the hotel ptovided us with good exercise! The management would do well to lay in a stock of clear town maps.

The view from the upstairs rooms, very impressive. The breakfast was good but after three days you’d appreciate some variation. The front desk staff was excellent! Willing to help out and solve any issues you could encounter. Definitely worth staying there.

With the nice views come climbing there. The property is on a hill so if you are walking from the Old Town or the Black Church, you are already climbing. And then inside the house you still have to climb the stairs for several flights. For us it was worth it but I imagine it being a challenge for many.

Very clean rooms, separate rooms for the toilet and the bathtub is nice. Comfortable bed and great A/C make for a peaceful night's sleep. There's a lovely patio for a pre or post dinner cocktail... or three. I didn't eat at the restaurant but based on the wonderful breakfast, maybe that was a mistake. Breakfast is good tea or coffee, eggs cooked to order, cheeses, cold meats, dried fruits, cereal, breads, cereal and pastries and I'm sure a bunch of other things I have forgotten.. Best of all were the terrific guys who work there. I has fabulous service from check in to drinks on the terrace. They were always kind, helpful and eager to ensure your had the best stay. Hand held shower with no way to attach it to the wall so you have to hold it. Parking is limited although there is more a few yards down the street and in the courtyard if you leave your keys at reception.

Cozy boutique hotel. Great location just minutes away from downtown. Parking available another bonus for this hotel!

Very nice and very large size apartment, with a fabulous mountain view ... but not comfy for 3 people. This was the only reason to rate it as a 9. Otherwise should be a full 10. The sofa-bed for the third (or 4th) guest(s) is not comfy and TV is locked on the wall in a position not visible from the sofa-bed. A large-size totally unnecessary dinning table furnished that room. Plenty of room to place another king size comfy bed and upgrade the apartment as a 2 king-size beds apartment. Again, bedding was uncomfortable for the 3-r guest, but otherwise apartment was absolutely super nice ... I could not downgraded lower than 9 out of 10 !!!!

The room was beautifully appointed with an amazing view. It was very clean and comfortable with fresh water ( still and sparkling) and tea and coffee every day . All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding. There was private parking freely available at the hotel and it was a short walk to the centre.

Central location, close to the train station and the center. Friendly and helpful staff in visiting the city and recommending the "La Ceaun" restaurant. The guesthouse is very clean, spacious, warm and with large windows that reveal the impressive view.. Traditional and varied breakfast. We were pleasantly impressed by the minibar in the room.

Breakfast layout very crammed and not customer friendly. Needs new layout and easier access. Bathroom very uncomfortable- you need to hold shower handle which doesn’t make washing easy. Water leaks through bath and soaks floor.
