Breakfast as usual all five days was great, nice selection. Thank You. The woman in charge was very nice and friendly and a pleasure to talk with every morning. The serving area was always clean, it was a pleasure to eat there.

Everything was great and I couldn't find anything to complain about. This is the fourth year my wife and I have stayed there and wouldn't stay any place else.

Front desk person, Omar (?) Was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Hotel accommodated our request for a room with no recent pets due to our allergies. Going, the food prep/cook person was delightful and when I noted there were no blueberry muffins available, she found me some.

Toilet kept running if we did not shake the handle each time it was flushed, but we did not complain. We just made it work.

That the Hampton Inn quality is still well and and alive. The rooms are very comfortable and well kept and the ambience felt really good. We were there for only one night and left early in the morning, so it would be hard to comment on the rest of the facilities offered.

The fact that after I arrived I noticed that the rate for the room I had requested was offered to the public on the internet for 90 dollars per night plus taxes. And I was charged 137,25 for that same room. This was the only thing that because of its dissonance I did not feel good. But then again, not all things are good.

The lady in the dining area during breakfast was rude and seemed to be more concerned about cleaning up after every guest rather than providing good customer service. She berated each member of my party for separate incidents for minor issues such as a spill at the waffle station (which is normal)

Breakfast very good., as was the availability of coffee in the lounge all day, if needed. Initial impression was that the hotel was a little drab but our stay did meet our needs. Ideal for an overnight stay after a long flight.

Use of powdered milk with the coffee. Fiddly to use, messy and never enough. A lot of waste from when all you needed was the milk and something to stir it with.

I have stayed at this location in the past and that is why I chose it again. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great and has a good variety.The rooms are clean and so is the property in general.

There is nothing I didn't like so I can't I make a comment.

staff was great pool was very clean and enjoyable, coffee all day and night breakfast was ok nice place to stay , we always stay at one of your Melbourne sites. our next trip will be on the beach and we always stay at your Santee SC hotel.

bathroom was old tub was not clean and shiny , do to it’s age.

Everything about the property was brilliant, room, breakfast, pool. But what made our stay was the staff at breakfast a lady who went out her way in every way, she was a credit to the property and business, making our trip.

We didn’t spend more time there.

Convenient I’ve stayed there many times. Always good.

Water was not hot for a shower in the morning on the third floor.

The breakfast was excellent & the kitchen person went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was delicious & very good choices. We appreciated the fact that the heating/cooling unit was quiet. Did not wake you up when it came on.

You could tell that there had been dogs in the room previously. It had a distinct odor.
