It was over all clean, nice breakfast. The pool is small but good size for young children (think under 5ft) and we had a nice cleaning lady. Oh, and if you have the app you can simply hit request for thinga needed. Very close to the Easton Mall (is that what it is?) 3 min or so from Legoland, AMC Dine in, loads of other stores like BoxLunch and food in the center of it all. Walmart, 2 gas stations, Sams club, and I think target are across the street. 25 min from COSI or the Zoo

The room for a family of 6 was a bit cramped in the setup. The shower took forever to warm up and was tiny af. There was 1 staff lady who seemed a bit rude. There is no close play area for children if you get stuck inside for a day (we had to have our vehicle serviced) no close walking center from the hotel.

Kids in the hallways after midnight and neighbors had bass and music loud enough to wake us up. (Front desk handled the music for us) Pool was really cloudy and they didn’t have full breakfast selections on Monday and milk was outdated in some cartoons. Fan in bathroom didn’t work and shower leaked on floor making it slippery. Lighting for bathroom is right in front of bed so the door closed it still could wake you up if soft sleeper.

The atmosphere is iconic! From the pool table and bar to the self-serve gas grills and pool, it was absolutely amazing! Chris, the Houseman, and Jacque, the head of housekeeping, we're constantly seen cleaning and serving the guess. Jacque came by every day and refreshed our towels and trash since we spent a lot of time in the room. Chris was literally wiping doors and fixing things the entire time we were there. They kept the place running like a well-oiled machine! The food was delicious! The kitchen staff kept the food fresh and continued to clean and sanitize the area. Everyone was accommodating and smiling. I really love this hotel! Not to mention, it is right across from Easton Mall and one hotel away from Walmart.

I really wish the fire pit worked outside. That would have took our trip over the top.

I really enjoyed the location it was centralized to all the places we went to. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean.

The fact that our visit was the same time as a couples retreat and a soccer tournament. Which had kids running up and down the halls. But it was no one's fault just scheduling .

Big room with comfy beds. Good sized bathroom and shower. Efficient heater/a.c. Fridge and microwave. Nice desk and lounge area. There was a pool and 24hr gym and also free breakfast in the morning but as we were there for a music festival we didn’t get up early enough to try the breakfast. The free coffee in the foyer was appreciated though. The hotel is situated close to various shopping and dining outlets.

Small thing, but I really didn’t like the pillows. they were the type that compress into a hard wad through the night and required turning over every time I did. Also, the hotel was fairly pricey compared to others I have stayed in of the same style, however the price appears to be typical of the Columbus area.

Front desk staff at check-in weren't the most welcoming. However housekeeping was the BEST! The saving grace. An African American woman went downstairs and found a sewing kit for me. I needed to repair my gotten for my son's wedding. I'm sorry I forgot get name but she's from Virginia. She literally dropped what she was doing and apologized(which was not necessary) for taking so long in getting the sewing kit to me. She took maybe two minutes---exceeded my expectations.

The morning breakfast was good. There were plenty of items to pick from to eat. All the coffee you wanted. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. A good place for food, a working desk, and two large TVs. The bathroom was a nice size a clean. The Hotel had a nice lounge area where you could relax before going up to your room.

For a stay of 3 nights, I asked for a change of towels and for the baskets to be emptied. It didn't happen.

The microwave and mini fridge was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean. Breakfast was good and I enjoyed the variety of foods offered.

The bathroom felt better lit than the hotel room itself. Most of the lights were more like lamps than anything else. I'm not used to being in dim rooms for extended periods of time. If I wanted extra lights, I would have to open the curtains, which is a little inconvenient for my privacy needs and especially if I'm staying on the first floor.

The breakfast was very nice, not like other hotels we had stayed at. Our hotel was very clean and nice. We loved that there was a security guy patrolling the hotel in his car, which was nice cause before our visit we heard their is a lot of break in’s.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

It is a good place to stay. The breakfast was great. There was a lot of fresh fruit. The hotel is clean and nice. The room was bigger that in the same hotels. The staff was friendly.
