Couldn't have chosen better: right in the center of this picture-perfect little Czech town, in a very cute historical house. The rooms were big and cozy also nicely renovated. The communication with the owner went very good, we were always in contact for finding the parking and for other requests. Speaking of parking, it is just 5 mins away by foot. No weird smells in the rooms (by contrary!) very warm and with all needed facilities for a small family with a 6 year old child. Price is also a big plus. Thank you and hopefully we will see each other in the summer!

My wife and I stayed in the 2-bedroom "comfort apartment" located on 1st floor just above the bistro. The apartment was very comfortable and roomy for the two of us, the small kitchenette had all we needed for morning coffee and a couple simple meals in. The main room windows opened onto the courtyard-like street for a very nice vibe, helped by the decor in the apartment. Location is great - about 2 minute walk to the town square via several different routes/streets with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Everything is close - completely walkable location. We even walked our rolling luggage from the main Cesky Krumlov bus station (about 15 minute walk with a great viewpoint along the way) on arrival, but lots of bumpy cobblestones to roll the luggage over, so on checkout day the staff called a taxi. Our first night was Saturday and the bistro was lively until about 10:00 then quieted down completely by about 10:40, after that there was basically no noise from the street until morning. Sunday the bistro closed much earlier (afternoon) and Monday it was closed, so almost no street noise those evenings (the town quiets down a lot in the evenings after all the day tourists leave). All in all we had a great stay - the location, the vibe, and the helpful staff.
A larger mirror somewhere in the apartment would be great.

• Location right in the center, very close to everything • Welcoming staff • It was pleasantly cool in the room, even though the weather was getting hot – must be the old building with thick walls • Despite the room facing a busy touristy street, it wasn't noisy even with open windows (and with windows closed, you could hear literally nothing) • The room had a faint woody smell, kind of like in a sauna, adding to the coziness – very nice! • Modern bathroom • Big comfy bed • Nice little bar downstairs serving beer and burgers, and guests get 10% off
• The water in the shower seemed to have a mind of its own, going from cold to hot as it pleased (luckily, not scalding hot!), so it was a bit annoying at times, but nothing major • A small fridge in the room could be nice

Everything was great, we could leave our bags at reception before and after check out. The reception staff gave us and a map and told us about the town, what to see, etc. The room itself was quite comfortable and the bathroom was really nice.
I thought the duvet was a bit too small. Also, there’s no fridge in the room, but I wasn’t really a problem for us.

The room was beautifully painted and decorated, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and there were two large windows that made the room feel bright and airy. The room was well furnished with a small round table, two comfortable leather chairs, a desk with another chair, tv, luggage rack and three big drawers — lots of space to spread things out for our four-day stay. We also appreciated all the plug-ins! The location was perfect, just steps away from the main square in the medieval centre, with cafes, restaurants and shops all around.
It was difficult to close the drapes all the way, which meant that light was coming in very early in the morning and waking me up. Also, I’m very short, and had to stand on tiptoes to see in the bathroom mirror while using the hairdryer!

Friendly staff and very clean. Good location in central part of Cesky Krumlov. The room was well appointed and big enough for one person, but could be tight for two.
There is a bar in the building with outside seating in front, which is very noisy at night. I like to sleep with the windows open, and this wasn't possible because of the noise. The curtains at the windows are not very heavy, allowing the morning light to flood into the room, as early as 5 am this time of year. The owner should please add heavier curtains.

A beautifully renovated, very large attic studio apartment, right in the centre of Cesky Krumlov. Everything is new. excellent furniture (new sofa, dining table and chairs). Double glazed windows, beautiful bathroom and huge comfortable king bed. staff were welcoming and courteous. You could not find better in the town, for the price.

Compared to a hotel the space is quite good. Old building but recently refreshed with plenty of power points. Friendly staff and perfect location. Handy kitchenette with refrigerator and coffee maker.
Hot! Slept badly during heat wave. Had to purchase fans ourselves. Second bedroom is a bit cramped. No smoke alarm visible. Couldn't drop off bags so be prepared to drag them across the cobblestones from the car park.

We had a 2 bedroom attic apartment which was absolutely gorgeous, plenty of room if you are traveling in a small group or with kids. Centrally located in this beautiful town. Bags were held for us when we arrived before check in and we left them there for the day after check out too. Would love to stay again if ever in the Czech Republic. A great space which was just beautiful, a pleasure to stay!
If you have any mobility issues, I would ask for a lower floor room, this one involved a few flight of stairs.
