A budget hotel, so manage your expectations according to what you are paying. I took a 'cabrio' room which has an ensuite shower and toilet. Other rooms do not. The room was tiny, but had all the basics and was spotlessly clean and fresh. The shower was hot and had enough water flow and there's shower gel provided. The hotel facilities are limited, food from vending machines (which accept card payment) and a cash line. There is a tiny cafe/seating area as eating in your room might be tight. We were welcomed in a friendly way and directed to our room. We paid about UK£ 55 for a double room and continental breakfast - amazing value!

The hotel is situated in an industrial park and close to a motorway, so there's not much to enjoy in the immediate vicinity. ( Walking about 10 minutes brings you to a collection of mostly chain restaurants.)

The next morning I wanted to bring some luggage to my car. The cleaning lady asked if I was leaving and I said no I am coming back. When I came back the code for my room wasn't working anymore and she had to let me in. Apparently she had deactivated my code in spite of telling her I wasn't checking out yet. This was very annoying. I even had 1,5 hours before checkout. Also the bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the floor.

Industrial setting. First impression of hotel was not good, but inside was quirky. It was small but fitted our needs. We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort anc cleanliness. It's functionality was excellent. There is an excellent italian restaurant minutes away!

Size if room. Small is OK but these rooms are tiny! The exterior of the hotel and it's industrial position.

It was clean and quiet- quite basic but fine for overnight budget stop. Portofino restaurant 2 minutes walk away was a pleasant surprise . Staff were polite.

A lot of people smoking outside reception every time we walked past. Pity the breakfast croissants didn’t taste particularly fresh - should have found local bakery.

Loads of restaurants available in the area. Cute little cafe at the property itself. Clean, simple, no fuss. Code access to get in and out which is great, then you don't have to carry keys with you. Staff were friendly and accommodating 😊👍

The room was cheap, clean and we had our own shower/toilet Room was compact but the bed was comfy and clean. Perfect for a stop over passing through

There was no air conditioner it was very very hot and the room was small

I needed a cheap place for an overnight stop on my motorcycle trip through France and this was perfect - clean, great value for money and quiet with a decent restaurant just one minute away. I used it again on my return journey and would go again if I needed to.

Location very close to motorways so we didn't need to break our journey. We just needed somewhere to rest.
