The man on reception was really helpful as I had put the wrong date down for my stay. He sorted this out for us. Hotel accepts dogs and there is small grass area next to the hotel which was just about big enough to let the dog have a run. Bakery opposite is excelent.

Value for money. Helpful staff.
A bit tight on space. Could have done with three beds before we arrived. Not having to wait around for you to change the room around. Check the booking matches the room.

The Manager was excellent, he went beyond city to please everyone. The new Night Assistant, Daniel, had an excelleNt attitude.
Coffee machine in reception still not working, same 2 weeks previously. Breakfast was rather limited. Manager first class however.

budget accommodation and great value for money - very clean and crisp white sheets! small ensuite bathroom is fine. Secure parking. Short drive to Le Mans. staff kindly filled my thermos with boiling water and heated my dinner in the microwave
would be great to have at least a kettle in the bedroom so we can make tea/coffee

Functional hotel for overnight stay room was clean we had a issue with the auto check in but full credit to the guy on night duty who didn’t speak English really helpful and sorted it out with no issues we where a family group so he had to sort out 4 rooms so not an easy issue at midnight..

The receptionist at check in on this day was incredibly friendly & understanding as we didn't speak very good French. She explained where breakfast was & the timings etc. She was very helpful.
The same lady from our stay at the beginning of the week was the receptionist on breakfast/check out so the same unpleasant manner. No kettle in the room to make boiling water for formula fed baby. Had to buy a kettle for this overnight stay
