budget accommodation and great value for money - very clean and crisp white sheets! small ensuite bathroom is fine. Secure parking. Short drive to Le Mans. staff kindly filled my thermos with boiling water and heated my dinner in the microwave

would be great to have at least a kettle in the bedroom so we can make tea/coffee

Functional hotel for overnight stay room was clean we had a issue with the auto check in but full credit to the guy on night duty who didn’t speak English really helpful and sorted it out with no issues we where a family group so he had to sort out 4 rooms so not an easy issue at midnight..

The receptionist at check in on this day was incredibly friendly & understanding as we didn't speak very good French. She explained where breakfast was & the timings etc. She was very helpful.

The same lady from our stay at the beginning of the week was the receptionist on breakfast/check out so the same unpleasant manner. No kettle in the room to make boiling water for formula fed baby. Had to buy a kettle for this overnight stay

Staff very helpful! Spacious free car park. Ideal for Le Mans 24hr circuit and The University. Bakery, Tskeaways/restaurants 2min walk- perfect. Volcano Pizza -superb.

Room needed some updating and noise from guests picnic/drinking in the car park right outside our bedroom window was very annoying! Also cars being cleaned/reviving engines loud voices gone midnight.

Lovely people, made me & wife/baby feel welcome straight away, area feels safe enough. Shops aren't too far but hard to gauge accurately as I was driving. Money wise, I don't think you'll any better

The clean. The room was dirty, the toilet was horribly dirty and the shower is too small. The bed is not too comfy but expected for the price. The towels smell bad

aircon, clean rooms, quiet, and free parking in secure place. also very friendly and we'll priced pizza and kebab style food place 100yards away👍

the one small negative was that somebody opened our door in the night so I guess the door didn't auto close / auto lock, just a small thing though.

The staff were friendly and helpful, they were superb, we had an emergency in the middle of the night with our elderly dog and nothing was too much trouble

The hotel exceeded our expectations in all areas, there was nothing we didn't like.

Location is perfect for us, as heading next day Cherbourg for the ferry. Secure parking. Clean, comfortable, breakfast good , included. Staff is pleasant and helpful. WiFi included.

Short on pillows , 2 good fircreafing. Small face and habd towel missing.

Basic level accommodation but clean and everything was functioning. Reception staff were pleasant. This hotel was all that we needed for a quick overnight stay.
