Excellent location within walking distance of the old town. Great shower, breakfast was delicious 😋 and the host was very welcoming. Definitely return when driving from Caen. Private parking off the street, quiet location.

Comfortable, self contained cabin with a large comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Very clean and well presented. Secure parking on site. Excellent and generous breakfast.

It was a very cold day with snow on the way down to Le Mans but our cabin was wonderfully warm and inviting. The host offered us fresh milk on arrival for our cup of tea. The room is beautifully decorated, the bed is very comfortable and the ensuite was perfect with a large walk in shower, a lovely sink and a toilet at the end with its own door for privacy. We were delighted with everything. The breakfast basket was very generous with bread, jam, croissants, yogurt, apple purée, butter, orange juice and tea and coffee. More than enough for both of us and some left over. The host was very charming and described the ten minute walk along the river and up into the old town of Le Mans.

Perfect for one night and so close to the old town.

It suited us perfectly for the one night. Unfortunately it was raining when we woke up and it wasn’t easy to eat our breakfast inside the cabin. I must say though, breakfast was delicious!

A bit near the road so some traffic noise but not a problem as we just spent the night.

Made really welcome, breakfast was wonderful. Only a few minutes walk to the city centre along the beautiful river. Really pleased we stayed here. Everything was perfect!

Safe car park A location with country feel right near city centre. Excellent facilities in the individual cabin Fan, refrigerator kettle and coffee maker provided,

No instructions for coffee maker but worked it out. Difficult to lock cabin door, but such a safe feel to the place

Cabins and surrounding tired. Could do with some wood stain on cabin exteriors and bushes trimming.
