We were really happy with the location of the property and that the owner greeted us on arrival, even though we were a little early. Our room was spacious and very clean. The shower was great. We appreciated the freedom we had within the property and use of the pool. The owner was very relaxed and nothing was a problem.

The only thing that I can think of is that in our room, the bathroom was open plan , but I should have double checked this before booking. Wasn't an issue though.

Quiet location but not far from the autoroutes around Le Mans. The host provided an excellent 3 course dinner with wine but at significant extra cost. However, as a transit stop on the way south it was worth having the dinner fo convenience and an early night. The breakfast was also very good with cereal, yogurt, omelette (or boiled egg), fresh croisant, fresh bread and selection of jams with frsh black coffee.

Signage outside the property is non existent - it looks like a private house.

Owner was very nice and accommodating. He cooked us an evening meal. It was great to have use of the swimming pool (heated to 28C). Parking was great off the road and secure on the property. The breakfast was very good.

Our room had an on suite, but the WC was on the landing outside the room. A bit quirky but it was for our use only. I think all the other rooms had their WC in the en-suite. It was not a problem for us just in expected.

Lovely villa and hosts, a bit strange not having a toilet in the room, there is one close to the rooms. No bar or restaurant as such, though you can have a delicious meal cooked for you by Ivan or his wife. I would stay here again, it is comfortable, clean and close to LeMans.

The room was clean and bright with natural light from the Juliet balcony, lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers. Good food and wine if you want. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable. The villa is situated in a quiet road, close to a town with local shops and a restaurant.

The villa is wonderful, set in a very good area. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with high quality beds, decor and furnishings. Only 20 minutes from Le Mans circuit. Our hosts were the nicest you could imagine, welcoming and accommodating. They prepared a beautiful and tasty dinner for us, as we wanted to relax and stay in the villa. Breakfast was also superb!

Friendly hosts, lovely dog, nice parking area, beautiful villa (also beautifully furnished) and beatiful pool and sunbeds (towels provided by hosts!) Spacious comfortable room and shower. Hosts provide karaf of water and glasses, much appreciated. Good diner (aperative, starter, French fries, meat from BBQ, green salad, nice dessert 35 euro's p.p. Wine has to be payed separately), good breakfast (even got some cheeses when asked for it, also much appreciated) We had a good and relaxing time. Pool area was very nice to relax after long drive

Shared toilet. Info on Booking is not clear about that. There are two rooms and unfortunately for us the other room was booked by a family of four and not only two others. So that felt a bit uncomfortable for us. No Air-conditioning in bedroom and the pump of the pool makes to much noise during the night to sleep with open window. There is a nice little bar and sitting area by the pool. Would be nice to be able to buy a beer or lemonade there and enjoy it even more :)

Yvan is an exceptional host, very kind et "aux petits soins". The room and house is truly "magnifique", in a very quite spot, close to all amenities and the cooked meals were divine.

Everything was great.

Excellent meal prepared by the host, in my opinion it's more like a private residence than a hotel but that doesn't detract from the quality of the stay. Excellent 3 course meal with wine freshly prepared (even thought we were late arriving, 10pm). Only 5 Breakfast was excellent, would stay again.

Air Conditioning in the room would have been great, it was a warm week in France.

This is a beautiful house in which we had a very comfortable room with a large double bed. The host Ivan offered us a delicious dinner at a reasonable extra price and a lovely included breakfast. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay and have dinner if it is offered.
