Thank you very hospitality wonderful staff at the front desk very helpful knowledgeable patient understanding great ideas on restaurants and things in the area and activities to do well in town greatly appreciate the cleansiness that the housekeepers did with our room and would definitely recommend your hotel to stay up in Colorado springs!

Unfortunately while doing laundry I had a washer machine explode and had to take out all of my wet laundry and then wait for the other laundry washing machine to be available on the other floor my recommendation would be to offer more than two washer machines per your hotel

The staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast had lots of tasty options ( especially the yogurt machine ), the pool and hot tub were nice, the view was amazing, the location was pretty easy to find, the shower water pressure was one of the best I’ve ever experienced

For my family the beds were fairly uncomfortable and hard ( I do have a hard time finding good comfortable beds in most hotels though ), we had 2 rooms and were having lots of issues with the key cards not working for one room or the other throughout the stay ( had to get them reprogrammed at the front desk multiple times), the dresser drawers were kind of hard to open,

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the breakfast. It was mostly the same thing each morning; eggs with either bacon or sausage, biscuits, bagels, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, and a pancake maker. This helped us tremendously as I knew my children were going to have something they could enjoy every morning. The location was fantastic. Close to everything especially food. I enjoyed the view the best.

The only downside was housekeeping. I had to set my trash out regularly as they typically didn't come to our room. Once I asked for fresh sheets and twice I asked for fresh towels. It wasn't a deal breaker for our family, as we are used to keeping things clean at home.

There was a self-serve espresso machine in the breakfast area, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast had several options, including scrambled eggs and a meat choice daily. The room was very clean. I loved the huge shower head in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable and I felt like the property was in a safe area. There were some reviews I read about potholes in the parking lot, but that's unavoidable in the state of Colorado! Just park in the front and they were not bad. Great location, near Garden of the Gods.

Breakfast servers had a hard time keeping up with the demand for food. Had to wait on several items each day we ate in the lobby. We were not in a hurry, but you could see a few guests getting frustrated.

The rooms were big with plenty of surfaces to open suitcases on. They were clean and well appointed. The front staff were lovely.

Too cheap with bath products. They left one small half empty bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion for two people! My husband had to go to the front desk to request more. Never should have had to do that. Same thing happened at the next Best Western we stayed at. Not so at other chains… got a full bottle of each for each person.

Excellent very helpful staff. Room decor was fine and the facilities were very clean and pleasant. Location and car parking both very good. Just what I was looking for. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Breakfast was 'help yourself' and the supplied meal components were nicely cooked and presented. Maybe my preference is to be treated like a King and have people serve me at breakfast but this is not a complaint at all.

The elevator was not working so we did not have our scheduled room with a Mountain View. Since I had just had cervical spine surgery and was not able to take the stairs to the second floor we obtained a room on the first floor. Your staff was quite helpful and gracious. We were in Colorado Springs to visit my niece who a cadet at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. Our room and linens were very clean and the mattress was extremely comfortable.

staff were extremely helpful and friendly. room was great, ground floor as requested and the room was spot on. fridge, microwave, large bathroom and beds were comfortable. location was fantastic, and plenty of parking. waffles were lovely at breakfast.

hot breakfast was very limited, eggs were omelette style with bits of something in them that looked unappetising. so, other than toast and sausage rounds that was it for hot food other than waffles.

We were staying a week and upon the 6th day the coffee machine broke down I was very upset they could at least brought in cafe’s of coffee. The nice staff member said it would take several weeks to fix I was’nt happy. I had to ask for room coffee kerig cups and staff member didn.t seem too happy to give us extra cups.

Such a great stay we re-routed our weekend road trip to spend out second night there too! Convenient to I-25, almost ZERO road noise, rooms went completely dark after we covered the clock. The view and setting is amazing. Hot/cold Breakfast was plentiful, neat and tidy, dining area was spacious and quiet.
