Good location of the hotel - near the Old town. Very good size on the room - with large windows and a view over the town square with walking people around. A dark furnished room - but it seemed to have been renovated in the bathroom recently. Close to the train station. Large and nice selection at breakfast. Older hotel that seems to be renovating over time.

It was tricky to find the entrance to the parking space. Trouble when checking out. We had paid all the fees - and parking! - when checking in. When checking out the reception desk wanted us to pay again! They had no notes of us paying nor a copy of the payment. A discussion followed. Fortunately I had saved the receipt in my suitcase - which I hade to open in the reception in front of all guests to proof our payment. Not a pleasant experience.

We much appreciated that we could bring our four dogs for a special pet charge. We first had some bumps with the staff, but a great guy at the front desk promptly made changes to that, and made sure we had a comfort stay.

There was a major conference, and the hotel did not do a good job, signing for the conference and the other guests, it created quite a trouble with elevators and parking spaces, and general use of the common areas. We did not like that the toilet doors can't be fully closed. The air cooler system (not air conditioner) did not work in our first room, and when we first brought this to the front desk, the staff was very negative, however they quickly admitted to their mistake and upgraded us to a room with a working air cooling system.

Good location, close to the city centre and well connected by public transport with other parts of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good (but very busy). Overall, a very pleasant stay.

There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, and it was rather difficult to get a cup of tea in the evening (the bar, which was open, does not serve tea). Although the room was generally quiet, I could hear the TV in the adjacent room (thin walls), late into the night.

Great location, very clean and friendly staff.

Kind receptionists, but recieving an invoice was a bit of a struggle (and we needed one and were also promised one). A huge negative point was the bathroom. We were very amused and simultaneously disappointed by it. You basically open the door to your room and access it almost through the bathroom. There is no door to give you privacy. Nothing separates the bedroom from the bathroom. There is a shower door and a very poor door to the toilet, which does not give you any privacy at all. Whoever did the interior design was a bit of an artist but did not think about the bathroom/hotel room from a guest's perspective.

Location is perfect, just near the city. Breakfast is very good with lots of choises, warm, cold, fresh thee, coffee, and juices. People working in reception are friendly. Big room with separated toilet and shower, quiet without noise from the city and airco. Coffee and thee in the room. Nice drinks in the lounge-bar too.

Only disapointing was the cleaning from the room. No showergel in the room, asked at the reception they gave few small bottles. In the afternoon we came in the room and floor was very wet from cleaning. Had to ask cleaning staff to come again and dry the floor. Room wasn't very clean.

The location of the hotel is super. The breakfast is great and filling. The room is large, the view was gorgeous.

Room cleaning. If you don't ask/remind. There will be no cleaning at all. It would be good to take out the trash at least every day. The water pressure in the sink is too weak. There are catastrophically few sockets. There is only one socket near the bed. Basicly only two sockets for charging.

Location is really close to central. Beds are comfortable. Spacious room.

Airconditoner is not adjustable and does not work. (You cant choose the temperature, only the fan speed) We booked junior suite with minibar- the refigerator is there but it does not work. So free minibar means warm minibar drinks. When we asked the reception, they said that the hotel does not have any rooms with working refigerators. Breakfast food choices could be better- since we have stayed in other Radisson Hotels where the breakfast is always exeptional. That is unfortunately not the case here in Leipzig Radisson(Radisson Warssaw and Riga have much bigger choices and variety.)

Great location in the heart of Leipzig. Close to everything. Service exceptional and facilities exceptional also.

The open plan bathroom was a bit awkward in the twin share room. Not much privacy when sharing a room. The process of taking a pending payment from your credit card rather than just pay your room on arrival is messy. Funds also don't get returned for weeks after you have left. Could have a better system than this.

The location of the Hotel is very good. If you choose Tram option for reaching the hotel, it takes only 3 mins from the Central Station. Hotel room was big enough with clear separation from the Bath room area. A separate bath suite was there which was very good. There was nice view from the room. Restaurant was good.

There were no Tea Coffee arrangement in the room.. This is a common facility which all hotels give with out asking for it. Here I had to request to send it as out side temperature was Below 0 Deg C. Every where there was a snow fall. Water bottle was also not provided. These are the common things every hotels should provide. But here I had to ask for it. For water they were charging 2.5 Euro.

Radisson Blu-Leipzig was located perfectly. We were able to walk or get transportation to places while there. I think the staff could use some training on customer service. There was a woman/server in the Lounge that went out of her way to be pleasant and personable. I found myself hoping that she would be working the times we were in the lounge 🥴
