The room was big and clean. The hotel was nice and close to the border.

The bed was uneven and too soft. Breakfast was not amazing and it was offered on paper plates and plastic utensils. The coffee was watered down. The door to our room would not close properly if we did not push it into place. The location was not really close to many restaurants or shops.

The rooms were spacious for a family of four. Clean, comfy and had a huge shower that my kids enjoyed when it was bath time. The breakfast and coffee in the morning was pretty good and had lots of variety, which my kids were happy with. The location in San Diego (imperial Beach) is awesome! Close to lots of stores, food and the beach is a 4 minute drive away.

overall i like the hotel it was very clean

the parking, i have a electric car that needs to be charged i did not mind paying the 10$ fee for the parking but there were people there charging there car who were not staying at the hotel. they were sleeping inside there car and charging it. it was not convenient that the hotel guests had to wait to charge. management should monitor that more

The rooms were good the location was great. The road was very very clean

The front desk gentleman hasley was very very rude even a couple of guests agree with me. He challenged me and he disrespected me and I was very nice at the beginning. The lady that was staying with me is a superior court judge and she agreed he was extremely rude and disrespectful

Breakfast was lovely and the make-your-own waffle section was a particularly nice touch! Location was good with quite a few restaurant options nearby. The room was a good size, it was clean with plenty of towels provided. The front desk staff were attentive and informative, and provided a really friendly welcome (thank you Ahndria!)

I feel that calling our room 'Bay View' is a bit over rated. You could just about see the Bay.

Location is close to my friends, family and activities . Enjoyed breakfast bar. Room accommodations are excellent.

Overall facility seemed to be under repair. I noticed a gentleman who came in from outside who stayed during much of the breakfast buffet everyday. Perhaps they are providing breakfast for a IB resident? Bar was closed my entire stay.

This hotel exceed my expectations, it was beautiful, clean and very bright too. The rooms were comfortable and big. It had a large gym that I didn't use but would have loved. Very close to the beach, and several options to eat nearby.

The breakfast wasn't the best, I don't like when I taste the "fake" food.

We stayed in a suite which was spacious and very clean. We had a quick bite at the bar downstairs with a few drinks. Cheryl, the bartender, was very nice and gave us some restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was very good. It had a variety of things to suit everyone.

Extremely clean! Friendly receptionists! Room was nice and bright! Had a 24 hr mini mart in the lobby! Dog friendly and 5 min from a big dog park! Located Across the street from a CVS that’s 24hrs, literally on same strip as Starbucks, 5 guys, baskin Robbin’s, wingstop and Chipotle. Ideal hotel and felt like a safe environment. Breakfast was also great!

There isn’t anything that I disliked about this property.

Audrey was very attentive and very personable, made the check-in process fast and smooth, she was super helpful. The breakfast is awesome!! About 10-15 min from Coronado.

Pool had some towels/wipies in water left by other guest. Night Staff did go to clear it out.
