I had a wonderful stay at Super 8 Guelph. The bed was incredibly comfortable, large, and clean. The room was serviced daily, with fresh towels and linens. The amenities were top-notch, including a TV, microwave, hairdryer, and refrigerator that all worked perfectly. The bathroom was spotless, and the bathtub was relaxing. The heating system was excellent, providing much-needed warmth during the cold winter months. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with particularly tasty coffee and muffins. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, being close to Walmart and a bank. I want to give a special shoutout to the front desk staff, especially Mr. Sugin. He was incredibly kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me by checking me in during the early hours of a snowy morning after an international flight, helping me carry my heavy luggage upstairs, exchanging money for me, calling me a taxi, and even directing me to the nearest laundry facilities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guelph.

The room service was excellent, with fresh towels provided daily. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was always spotless. It felt like so much like home. I stayed for a full month and want to give a special thanks to Mr. Sugin, a very professional hotel manager, for all his help, and Ms. Crystal for being so friendly. I'll truly miss my stay here.

Staff was accommodating and gave my daughter and I an upgrade so we were inside the building rather than accessible outdoors. This was greatly appreciated as it was just the two of us. Room was spacious and clean. We needed cutlery and the front had that for us. It was a bit noisy overnight with the trucks driving by but we still slept.

Motels are my first choice when staying with young kids.

The heating/cooling system above the bathroom sink was very loud when it comes on-even with fan on low. The tap for bathroom sink is too large for the sink area and if you turn the tap on medium to heavy flow- it shoots out and over front of sink onto your clothing- put up warning sign to notify guests to turn on slowly.

Quiet clean room. Was able to have dog with us (at extra cost) as that was our reason for the trip Vet specialist appointment in the area. Front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful.

There should have been a mat at the door entrance as I almost fell when I stepped on the floor in the room . Bigger bath towels . List of different amenities in the area in the room would have been nice.

The general manager Aman is very nice and let us feel welcome. He upgraded our room from single to a double bed room where there is a fridge as well as a microwave oven. We used it to cook instant noodles after arriving at midnight. And the room is quite clean.

It would be great if the AC is less noisy; it didn’t bother our sleep while may be a problem for others.

A very nice motel with very freshly renovated rooms. Good location, comfortable. New heat and AC systems in the room, nice decor.

It's expensive compared to other similar motels around Ontario. A little fresh paint on the stairs leading to the second floor would be nice, as the room was very fresh and renovated, but the exterior, less so. There's no elevator so you have to carry your bags upstairs.

Great place to stay! Could be my social self without the headaches of staff telling me what I can and can't do like other places try to do! Free country!!! And your stays at Guelph Super 8 will respect your freedoms, as well as you!
