Loved it, great hotel for a 3 star. Clean, fresh rooms, comfy beds, fab selection at breakfast, staff very helpful and cheery, great location to walk back and forward to San Antonio. Taxi rank literally across the road. Cheaper and easy to use airport taxi and local taxi rank than Uber to get back and forward to airport 25 min drive. 2nd time staying at this hotel and definitely use again. Highly recommend

Inconsiderate people in rooms next door talking loudly, banging etc after midnight although this is not the hotels fault. Walls very thin.

Good all inclusive food & drinks. Choice of the pool or sea as the beach is literally 10-15 meters from the hotel pool. Great views over the bay. Towels available for hire at €10 each, exchangeable whenever you want. Also supermarket right across the road from the main entrance.

Lack of sun loungers around the pool but still some tables and chairs so no need to sit on the floor. €2 for a token to get a plastic cup for your drinks, exchangeable but if you loose your cup or leave it unattended it will be collected up and that will be another €2 for another please.

Extremely friendly staff. I had half board and since there was almost no choice for vegetarians at the first dinner, I wanted to cancel the dinner. The friendly receptionist told me that I could ask the chef to prepare a special dish for me, so I kept the half board. The next day there were many more meatless dishes at dinner, so I didn't even have to order anything special from the chef. Very considerate. The hotel is clean and pleasant with a beautiful view of the sea and the pool, no complaints.

The hotel is in a good location (front beach). It has a nice pool and a bar always open to grab some snacks or drinks. All hotel staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The food was very adequate with a decent selection. Entertaiment consisted of daytime pool activities/music, and then live bands/karaoke in the evening. There are some very nice local restaurants if you fancy a night out. All in all, I would definitely go again and recommend others to do so.

Just constructive feedbacks: rooms needs a bit of a refresh. Air conditioning needs to be improved in the restaurant area (clients had to open windows to breath during breakfast and/or dinner).

Lovely view from hotel window and right by the beach. Good buffet for breakfast - which was included in the price and we felt there was a good price for dinner buffet (16 euros) which we had a couple of times. The staff were very helpful. Our beds were leaning a bit but they changed them straight away. The entertainment seemed fine but we never attended it. Enjoyable stay.

No complaints but maybe some tourist information to readily access eg; leaflets in the room or at reception.

Location. Lovely rooms, everywhere so clean, fabulous sea vlew. Comfy beds, big shower cubicle. Fab breakfast, good selection. Friendly happy staff, all the reception staff were really nice. Really nice wine in the bar, we were not all inclusive though, , bed & breakfast so we're paying for our drinks, so we may have got different wine to the all-inclusive guests. 👌

Only complaint was not a good fresh fruit selection at breakfast, and the coffee in the machines wasn't nice at all. The coffee machines were also v v slow to dispense, causing very large queues, I feel these machines need updating. Only tiny complaint, everything else was just fab. X

hotel was lovely and clean, set in a great location with beautiful views. the pool in San Remo is for those who like a more lively day by the pool, the sister hotel next door is much quieter. staff were all lovely and polite. the food was great and plenty of variety, cannot recommend this hotel enough for the money we paid. also don’t be tricked into getting a cab from the airport with booking.com, they quote us 60€ when it actually cost 27€

The token for 1 plastic glass drinks thing is very annoying. It would be better even if you could get two drinks at a time. I know it’s to stop abusing the all inc. But it’s annoying having to keep going to the bar. Also the staff wouldn’t be as busy if you could get two drinks.

Breakfast was very good! Variety was brilliant. The location of the hotel was amazing! Beach right in front of hotel with easy access & Water taxi right outside the hotel to travel over to the San Antonio Bay the busy part so you get best of both - quiet & busy!

Day entertainment was just okay. Nothing very exciting or special.

clean, fresh towels, nice pool. drinks nice, food good. occasionally the dinners were a bit bland, lovely fresh fruit, lunch & breakfast were very good, could do with omelette and also pancakes would be amazing. pool nice, right on the beach, also by the boat taxi. few shops and restaurants nearby too.

someone getting into our room and stealing things. was given a key as told staff at reception she was in room 301 (but actually she was at the wrong hotel). she stole my bags, some money, jewellery & make up. we found her in our room rummaging through our cases. Not happy about that.
