A cozy, small and perfect set up, to enjoy a holiday in the lap of enchanting Lonavala hills (halfway approximately between Pune and Mumbai, in fact closer to Pune than Mumbai). it is located ijust about 1.5 kms off Lonavala railway stn. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with some modern fitments and facilities and a good wi-fi connection. Anyway, the main purpose of writing this review is to tell the future visitors about one very uniquely memorable aspect of the hotel. We have stayed in many big and fancy hotels, with sprawling football ground sized lawns with multiple restaurants scattered catering to diff cuisines and massive swimming pools and evening entertainments thrown in. But the ambience that one gets to experience after sunset sitting on the hotel balcony (of Meritas Adore) or the poolside swing and the dining tables on the compact lawn between the balcony and the pool (see the pictures), enjoying some hearty snacks and beverages and having a good family time, is absolutely incomparable. The aura is downright magical to say the least. Difficult to define what is the chemistry in the layout and the designing of the spaces, that makes this evening outdoor ambience at the hotel so magnificent and far more superior and soulful than any other fancy hotel that one might have been to, but this aspect is something to be seen, to be believed. We are extreme foodies and have rarely been to a tourist place where we have dined at the hotels in house restaurants in the evening. Always been going out to visit the most popular Indian, Chinese, continental eating joints around town, (based on our web search for restaurant reviews and prior feedback from friends and families). This is the first time, that the magical aura of the of the evenings at Meritas Adore, prevented us from looking elsewhere for the fear of missing out on the charm of being at the hotel lawns by the pool enjoying the food and the drinks and the enchanting close out of a day in LONAVALA

Good hotel ..pool size and garden are small but still I will recommend bcs staff is very polite, service is too good, food is great. Worth paying for this place. It's clean and nit

Our driver used to have dinner after 10.30 to 11 pm and pantry boy used to ring our bell after 11 pm to take our sign on driver's bill. I think this they should avoid like disturbing late night for signature

Everything was excellent. Rooms were clean and hygienic, property was well maintained. Swimming pool was also clean. Staff were really helpful and super cooperative. Food was delicious. Kids enjoyed too with a nice games room (TT, foosball, carrom, chess, ludo and many more games) and clean pool. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice and cozy weekend getaway.

Everything was good except the spring mattress. It was bent on the borders so felt like I would fall down. 😅😅

The resort was well maintained. staff is courteous and service is prompt. In room dining was good. The resort didn't allow noise late at night and in spite of having a fully booked weekend, we could enjoy some peace.

The breakfast was really not up to the mark. The in room dining food quality was good but the breakfast couldn't match it. Fewer options, stale juice, no non-veg option other than eggs.

Great place to stay for short vacation. Staff were polite and helpful as well and all requirements were met. Since we visited on Diwali, hotel was beautifully decorated and diwali sweets were also give to all guests.

1st day breakfast was good with great options, however on 2nd day - we saw insects in IDLI and dead mosquito as well. breakfast options needs to be made more available and all foods should have closed lid to avoid any insects falling into it.

Property is nice, cozy n compact. The rooms are spacious. Food was good n freshly prepared. The layout of the rooms is nice. We got a room that had a side bed which cud accommodate an adult easily, and that felt very cozy.game zone is good. Bathrooms are clean.

Parking is limited. the breakfast menu didn’t have too many options. Dining area is outdoors n gets very warm in the summers. The side bed which we got was not cleaned up properly n it was stained.

The pillows had no jaan House keeping forgot to clean the top of the toilet seat The veg kadai dish was extra spicy Many hotels have this issue - it's hot under the thick Razai and cold when it's removed.

Overall, the resort was lovely and quiet with great staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Both restaurant and hotel staff made efforts to really help guests. They even arranged a local rickshaw driver who could take me to Lions Point and Karla Caves

The place is real peace! Its a beautiful place with good facilities. Its clean and the management is quite good. Staff is helpful and polite. Pool was one of the best parts of the resort.

I liked everything but a few improvements can make the resort perfect! Grass was artificial, I really wish it could have been natural. Also, it was kept wet always.
