It was exactly as presented on Booking. I wanted a balcony with a sea and Vesuvius view, and I got a wonderful one. The room was very nice with a big bed, great air conditioner and nice bathroom. The pizza-themed decorations were cute and gave the whole place a unique and cozy feel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating even before I arrived. They put out a wonderful breakfast spread and made drinks and snacks available at all times. My only regret was that I had only booked one night. I would definitely go back and would encourage other people to book a room there.

Adorable place! Everything was absolutely top-notch — from the hospitality to the comfort. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a larger room than expected, complete with a spectacular balcony view. Breakfast was very good and plenty of food. Small communal fridge to store your small food/drinks. Balcony view from our room was awesome. Bed was very comfortable. Train station nearby (Monsanto) has easy cheap trains to Sorrento and Pompeii. Staff was very helpful.

Our stay was great. The only thing that we were a little disappointed with was one day when bringing an extra pillow, they left our room door unlocked and it was open when we returned. Nothing was bothered and the only people with access would be other guests from the 3 other rooms. It was an accident, and there are good locks into the unit and into the building the unit is in.

We absolutely loved our stay at PizzaSleep in the Margherita room. We had 2 private balconies with amazing views over the city and Mount Vesuvius. Maria and her staff are such wonderful hosts and really went above and beyond during our stay! Every little detail and more was taken care of. As soon as we arrived Maria gave us a tour of the b&b and sat down with us for about 30 minutes explaining the best parts of Napoli to visit and going through her "pizza bible". She also explained the best way to get to each attraction that we wanted to visit, we found this very helpful as first time visitors to the city. It was very easy to contact Maria and her team during our stay, we simply had to send a whatsapp message and she would reply within minutes. The B&B is located in a very central position, very close to Dante and Montesanto squares and around a 20 minute walk to the port. We will 100% stay at PizzaSleep again in the future!! An amazing apartment in a great location to easily explore Naples. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had and made check in extremely easy for us with instructions on how to reach the B &B depending on type of transport. She gave us plenty of information about the area and as well as a guide on where all the best Pizza and restaurants are to try in Naples, which was so much help and we tried a few which were all amazing. The apartment has so many thoughtful personal touches, with each room decorated in a different way. Very clean, comfortable room with the most amazing views over Naples and own balcony. We were greeted in the morning with an amazing breakfast with fresh pastries, and coffee. We were only sorry our stay was for one day, we will definitely be back for another stay in the future!

We were received at check-in by the owner and he was very welcoming, informative, and positive. He explained us the concept of his B&B and had ample tips. The space has proper AC and all amenities you need. Its concept is cute and shows attention to detail. Breakfast was very nice. You're allowed to use the fridge with your own things and there's some beverages you have free access to. The view is super nice and accessibility is easy - just remember it's a few meters up from Montesanto or Dante metro stops and the surface isn't trolley friendly (as everywhere in downtown Napoli).

We'd rather pay 2,- EUR more on the room in exchange for not being asked to pay a little for using more than 1 liter of fresh cool water from the supplier in the kitchen. (However, tap water is free and drinkable, just not ice cold and filtered.)

The hotel is located in an extremely central area. Since it is at Dante station and close to other stations, it was really easy to explore and travel around. From the moment we made our reservation, the staff sent us dozens of helpful pieces of information via WhatsApp, including transportation details and travel recommendations. When we arrived at the building, they greeted us with a smile and provided detailed information about the hotel and the city. It is a wonderful hotel, with the most helpful staff I have ever seen (special thanks to Lorenzo and Maria!), and a wonderful breakfast! All our needs were met at the hotel, and it was an experience I would rate 1000 out of 1000. It was perfect, and I really appreciate it!

Convenient location. Was close to the busy city center, yet tucked away in a quiet area . Food around the location was good. People around seemed nice. The unit was clean.

Was told at check in that there would be Italian and international breakfast, however the breakfast was pastries and coffee with some fruit and yogurt in the refrigerator. Bed had just two flat pillows and the shower water took forever to drain. We had to wait turns to allow time for it to drain before i or my partner could shower.

Good, central location. We stayed in 'Capricciosa' which was a good sized, comfortable room with a great view from the balcony! We did not get an in-person check in because we arrived 30 mins before the end of their check in hours, so we did self check-in instead which was really easy and convenient. Maria kindly sent us all the info we needed and the guide to local delicacies, pizzerias and restaurants was super helpful too. The room was really modern and clean - it was obvious the owners consider guests' needs and are always striving to improve. Attilio's coffee and scrambled eggs in the morning were delicious, and we really appreciated his helpful recommendations on things to see and do. Just remember to use the lift (especially if you have a lot of luggage) as the B&B is several stories up.

Naples is a very loud city, so if you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing ear plugs!! :) This is not the fault of PizzaSleep at all, just the way it is in Naples in general.

Location and view are the highlights of this place. This apartment is perfectly set in Naples, to be walking distance from everything and also in a quiet area at night. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning, over the gulf of Naples. The owners are the nicest, always available for tips and chats, they take very good care of you. And last but not least, the breakfast is outstanding, full of variety of mostly sweet but also salty options, all fresh and tasty. The always available coffee, tea and water are a nice plus.

The only thing I didn't like is the length of the mattress, a little bit short (and I'm not the tallest). The mattress is very comfy though!
