The staff. The location - 7 minute walk to the main street. The spaciousness - the room was much bigger than I imagined, shared bathroom. Loads of natural light. Bed was comfy. Hot water and good water pressure. Nice space in the back to sit, with a bench and picnic table. I was able to do laundry as well. Simple yet really great breakfast - bread with butter and jam, yogurt with granola, coffee or tea and fruit

They were doing some construction just across the street rather early in the morning - which has nothing to do with the property itself and it might affect some people’s wanting to rest or have quiet time in the morning

We came for a couple of days to hike up Tepozteco. With that in mind we looked for a place near the trailhead. Colibrí Turquesa is less than 5 minutes away from the beginning of the hike. However that was not the main feature of this lovely stay. Upon arrival we noticed the place is very well looked after. We met Leticia who is a charming and friendly hostess who helped us with every query we had from specifics of the facilities to recommendations around town. Our room was tidy and clean. I believe the pictures don't do the entire place justice. The room had a nice tower fan and the bed was just right. Fully equipped kitchen that has a homey vibe. The garden is beautiful and quiet. The showers are powerful and they can get really hot. Overall I would strongly recommend this stay. Thank you by the way to all the staff who keep this place running.

Super clean, cosy. Great WiFi. My room was epic with a huge rainbow window leading into the balcony, full of coloured light all day. Helpful and kind owner. Well equipped kitchen to use. Filtered water included which is helpful for sure!

My shared bathroom was on the roof which wasn’t so convenient, but there are rooms with an adjoining shared bathroom so you could request them if it bothered you. The view from the roof terrace is amazing though, especially at sunrise! And the room itself made it worth it.

This place is beautiful! In mid-march, all the trees are in bloom which makes Tepoztlan even more magical! This home is magnificent. Located in a quiet area close to the Tepozteco hike and centro. We loved our stay there and the ladies keeping the place are adorable. It was also affordable compared to all the spa hotel or granola vibe hostels nearby we wanted to avoid.

Nothing. The room was just missing hooks to hang clothes but that's all really!

A beautiful building with nice views of the mountains and the garden below. Everything very clean with a nice aesthetic, big comfortable rooms. Breakfast was really good, simple. It's a 5/10 minute walk to Centro but no problem. Friendly, accommodating hosts.

Going upstairs for the toilet/shower wasn't ideal, sharing the ones on the same floor would maybe make more sense but a minor issue.

What a beautiful space! The outdoor grounds are gorgeous, a little oasis. Very close to the main strip. Lovely staff. I had a great sized room with the shared bathroom attached to the room. Ask for room 6 or 7 :)

It wasn’t the property’s fault, but there is construction next door, so bring some ear plugs!

The property has beautiful rooms, and a great, light, energetic ambiance. It made me feel welcome and comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like about the property was that the private bathroom is located far from the room, at the roof. I thought it would be next to my room. However, when i got used to it, it was pretty good!

We had a wonderful stay at Colibri turquesa. Everything was very clean, the staff was always very friendly and the property is a 5-10minute walk to the center, so it was more peaceful than staying in the center itself. The freshly prepared breakfast was great too.

Owner Leatiticia is a very kind person. Nice Garden. Good value for what you get. Small room but as expected. We did not mind because we spend most of the day outside. Clean, room and showers. Great Breakfast and pet friendy.

To reach the showers you need to climb 2 stairs, we didnt mind but maybe not ideal for everyone.
