Wonderful apartment with a fantastic view. We've received a perfect few days, exatly what we were waiting for.

Without a car it is a good training to walk up from the beach every day. We didn't knew it before.

Pool areas, easy access to buffet lunch dinner breakfast

4 o clock bar staff were very rude speaking about myself everytime I went to the bar and other guest in Spanish thinking that I didn’t understand them

The staff are all amazing, everywhere was clean, pools were all great and clean. Plenty of loungers every day. Help yourself drinks variety was great. Amazing views.

The rooms were so warm, their are ceiling fans but this didn't help to cool the room. If the lifts are broken it's very difficult to get about if yih have any mobility issues. The beer on self serve wasn't cold enough. Food was miss labeled and could cause issues, items labeled as chicken were clearly pork or beef.

Beautiful view, clean rooms, huge balconies, friendly staff, plenty of food and drink options to choose from.

fantastic view from the "D-152" apartment. Big/large terrace. Great staff (cleaning and reception) Ventilator in the ceiling in both bedroom and living room. Great value at fair price.

a few small cockroaches in the bathroom, but we got them out. You can expect this in many hotels in GC. construction site noise from opposite the hotel (hardly their fault or anything they can do about that) The music from the entertainment area in the evenings could be just a little bit lower for our taste.

no air con in the rooms made for a very stuffy and heated room especially at night, struggled to sleep. based at the top of the hill so would need to get taxi up and down in the evening only about €4

We loved the room, comfy with a huge balcony. The view is lovely. The staff was nice, especially the cleaning lady we met and the gentleman who fixed the lamp cover that broke while we were out, the receptionist who recommended restaurants. The restaurant of the hotel and the staff there was nice too, and we happened to witness live entertainment too. Oh, and the cats around are cute as well.

Parking was uncomfortable as you always had to ask for the key on reception, go back to the parking area unlock the chain, park or unpark and get the key back to reception. Also getting to our room was a bit uncomfy too - had to walk all the way to the end, take the lift down and walk halfway back to where our room was. The lift was usually quite busy.

The newly renovated apartments have a spacious balcony area with two sun beds, parasol and tables with chairs. The views are amazing. There was a great variety of food at all meal times and they even have their own bottle of Rioja which was very nice 😊 Had a fab massage down by the pool, there are two in the complex. There are plenty of sun beds too. Everybody was very friendly and helpful - Rosa from the cleaning team was so nice, I felt safe and welcome as a solo female traveller. Can’t wait to go back!
