All areas of the hotel are beautifully designed. The furniture, the quality of the towels, the seating areas, and the landscaping are truly impressive. The warm smiles and professional service of the hotel staff were outstanding. This hotel is one of my favorite hotels. The ambience, atmosphere, rooms, and most importantly, the staff were amazing. We had dinner in the garden, and the food was also delicious and of high quality. We had our dinner by the mesmerizing sunset. Whenever I visit Lesvos island, I will choose Zaira again and again. The staff were fantastic—very friendly and always doing their best to resolve any issues. The architectural details of the hotel were impressive. The pool, filled with salty sea water, was always clean and clear. Nearby (10min taxi ride) beaches are really nice and above greek island standarts.

The rooms are a bit cramped, with limited space for clothes. The sea water in the bay where the hotel is located is below Greek island standards—clean but not crystal clear.

+It's located in a tiny fishing village. It is just too small that there are only 2 taverns apart from Zaira in the area. +The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. Everything is brand new. +It's a very quiet and extremely peaceful complex. +The sea and the beach are sandy. +About 10km away from the ferry point - 20 eur by taxi/one-way. +Konstantina from the front desk is a star, she was a great help during our stay :)

-Breakfast was below average. -The hotel is also doing events and organizations. One night, there was a baptism party in the middle of the hotel. Even though all 18 rooms were full and hotel customers were there only to rest for the weekend, the music did not stop till 1 am and everything was going on just 5 steps away from rooms. I believe in high seasons there should be a rule for this kind of organizations. Or the customers should be informed about such huge organizations before they book the rooms. -Housekeeping and kitchen/service facilities need improvements.

Very quiet, isolated area, close to the city center. New, clean, amazing facility. Private and silent beach. You can have a sunbath 50 meters away from your room. The responsible receptionist (Konstantina) is a one-woman show lady. She is dealing with all your needs with huge effort and great hospitality.

You can find better beaches in Lesvos. The sea is clean, natural but at the end it is an inner sea. Please check if there is a wedding, baptism celebration or an event. Although I would love to be part of such an event in this amazing area, as a hotel guest it can be annoying while trying to sleep with loud music. Our room was not cleaned and our towels were not changed in 2 days. There must be a systematic way and we should not remind it.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel in Mytilene for the past two days. The hospitality and professionalism of Myrsini at the reception and Alex in the restaurant made my stay truly special. Property was good new and clean. Staff was very good. Pool was very good. Breakfast was excellent.

Dinner options are very limited. Stayed for 5 nights but had no dinner at hotel because of very limited selection. No greek foods at the facility so if you dont want to go far away from the hotel you have only two options which are two tavernas very close the hotel.

Lovely modern luxurious property in a beautifully restored olive oil press factory. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property is located on a quiet and peaceful beach and very near to a number of other beautiful beaches. In the evening there are a couple of nice traditional restaurants next to the hotel, and we enjoyed a nice cocktail on the quiet beach front of the hotel. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Beach at the hotel is pretty, quiet and clean and ok for swimming but it's not the nicest beach on the island. There are some other very nice beaches a short ride away.

The entire staff team, especially Christina, was extremely friendly. All our needs were met very quickly. I can say that it is the best hotel to stay in Lesvos. Its proximity to the city centre and other bays is also an advantage to experiencing different beaches.

Some people may not like the beach because it is an inner bay, but the water is very clean and waveless. Ideal for swimming, especially in the morning.

It was so nice to stay in the hotel ! Very nice breakfast, stunning view, elegant atmosphere with awesome staff ! I mean it. And special thanks to Myrisini for her gergous positive aura and great advices for the island :) We couldnt get the chance to enjoy the pool but hopefully next time we will!
