This is probably my new favorite hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, hotel was quiet, beds were comfy, breakfast was great. Oh and the gourmet coffee machine was the cherry on top. Thank you for restoring our faith in Days Inn as we had just come from a terrible Days Inn in Balzac

I don't care for the soap dispensers as Days Inn use. Doesn't seem very hygienic to have all guest using the same soap pump in the shower. And actually our was out of body wash. Just give me good old fashioned bars of soap. Will bring my own soap next time I stay here.

We love having a kitchen, the beds are comfortable. The location is great for what I need. It’s quiet, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They frequently have gluten and dairy free breakfast options. The gluten free waffles are a huge treat. Espresso/ cappuccino maker in the breakfast area is actually pretty good.

The coffee maker in the room doesn’t deserve the name. Hotels seem to like this single serve coffee in a bag disc that doesn’t make anything particularly yummy. It must bring usage and expenses way down, but is not really useful. The fan runs constantly even when set to OFF. If we are not out for the day early enough, there’s no replacement TP, or dishwasher tab, even if I leave by 9:30 am.

The staff were friendly & professional. The place was exceptionally clean and bright. It's just wonderful. The room was a fantastic size. And when the air conditioner stopped working, the staff got someone out to fix it really fast. Which was great seeing it was so darn hot outside. The breakfast was amazingly great. Very fresh and right temperature, lots to pick from. I will highly recommend this to anyone traveling too or through Sherwood Park Alberta. We will stay again when we return to Alberta.

The hotel and room were very clean, the bed was comfortable and we really liked the spacious layout. An added perk was the kitchenette. We only stayed one night, but would be a great space for longer stays. The breakfast selection was phenomenal. I appreciated the variety of gluten free options available.

I can not think of a negative for this accomodation, aside from maybe a lower price. The price is pretty fair for the service though.

Beautiful room, everything provided, comfortable and quiet, incredible staff in particular the receptionist Rachel who was incredibly kind and helpful when I slept through my alarm and was worried about making my flight.

The tea and coffee provisions were really subpar. There were three servings of coffee in the room, one was decaf. There were no tea bags provided. The milk and sugar were those awful powdered things in plastic packages. In a room with an apartment sized fridge, there is no reason proper milk and cream couldn't be provided.

We tend to get the same room when we go there and we love it. It is quiet at the end of the hall. The breakfast was ok, though usually, much better (see below)

There was 1 person who took over the waffle machine making more waffles he could possibly eat at one time. Sadly, we gave up on the waffles. There was a lady who came in from outside….filled up her backpack with muffins and yogurt, then promptly left again. We though this was bizarre. When we went to get a muffin and yogurt, sadly, those were gone as well. I guess you can’t control that sort of thing. It was just unfortunate.

The breakfast and location were both good. What I liked best was having the kitchen, sofa and chairs. We met friends there and spent a lot of time visiting in their room or ours. We ordered supper in one night and had everything we needed for it. By meeting in Sherwood Park both couples only had to drive a few hours and neither had to host. This was made possible by the reasonable rates and made it so we could afford an extra night.

Furniture and flooring could use an upgrade however I realize that could affect cost and as seniors cost is more important to us.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The room was unbelievable - spacious, clean, tidy, and a kitchenette with coffee machine. Beds were hard and awesome. Queen beds were very much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent. I couldn't believe all the things offered and especially the elaborate coffee machine which we all very much enjoyed.

There was nothing not to like. We loved everything. If I had a suggestion, it would be to have coffee available in the lobby 24-7. Sometimes we came home at night and it would have been nice to have been able to grab a coffee.

excellent location to see our relatives in Sherwood Park and south Edmonton. Breakfast with change of food every morning was very good. Excellent kitchen in our unit , and having another TV in the separate bedroom was very smart as sometimes 2 people have different taste on what they would like to watch.

Breakfast has been extended to 10 AM which is AWESOME and excellent selection each day. The hotel price is still a little higher than I would like but that's everything these days. We have stayed here several times and will continue to stay there as the room size is excellent and having the luxury of a kitchenette is great. Clean and comfortable

there really isn't anything we didn't like which is why we continue to return here
