Lovely hotel, with free and plentiful parking. Our room on the 4th floor was clean and well presented, the bed was very comfortable, and all the staff that we dealt with were friendly and welcoming. The restauraunt in the hotel gave us two lovely evening meals during our three night stay. If ever I come back to Edmonton again, I'd have no reservations about staying in this hotel again.

Unfortunatly, the layout of our room was not particularly good, because whilst lying on the bed, the TV set had to be rotated to view, and then around one third of the TV screen (the right hand side) was not visible due to the view of it being blocked by the wardrobe. That is my one and only complaint regarding this establishment.

The staff were polite and extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

We only sat for breakfast at the restaurant, but I have intolerances, one of which is egg and the majority of the dishes listed egg. I spent most mornings at breakfast eating sides of bacon. Having pre-paid before arriving at the hotel, my vouchers were non- refundable, so for me, it wasn't value for money.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel room was standard size and clean. The bed was comfortable, but the quilt was too heavy for summer. There's plenty of free parking in the huge parking lot around the hotel..

The air conditioner was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep for my partner.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, the gym facilities were also good. Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with.

The restaurant had good food but the service was slow. The location was good if you had a car rental but tough to get around if you relied on public transportation.

The staff was friendly and attentive and the room was very clean and updated.

There was a hockey team at the property and they were loud/disruptive and littered the halls with trash (this obviously was not the fault of the hotel and they did their best to manage the kids)

Loved the option of choosing breakfast from the menus. Far superior to those breakfasts that are free, but poor quality. Would way rather pay a little more and go to your property.

Location is good to be close to the West Mall, quiet area. Hotel looks new and has plenty of parking. Breakfast was very good, price is good if it is bundled with the room. Overall a great stay.

Breakfast took a little too long to be served and seating area a little too small. Quality of the food was very good when it came.

The property was just a few minutes from WEM - West Edmonton Mall. It's also close to the 216 loop which has you 25 minutes from the airport South of town.

Staff are excellent. Hotel is very clean, beds comfy.

AC in our room was really, really noisy so we had to turn it off to get some sleep even though that made the room hot. Rooms that face the front do hear traffic noise.
