Very well located property, we arrived with bus 120 directly from the airport. It is around 10-15 mins walk away from the American village and another 10mins from the Sunset Beach. Lawson right downstairs and 7-11 across the street are a plus as a coffee solution in the morning. Many sockets in the room so everyone gets their phones and cameras charged. There is also a machine to refill our bottles with water. Bathroom is clean and we can't hear the shower from the bedrooms which is good.

As other people mentioned, it is right on the big road so you hear quite some traffic. Light sleepers may need to reconsider. Entrance is also a bit on the narrower side so you need to take turns to remove your shoes if you are a large crowd. If you have many suitcases, you may also have problems laying them out, but for us it was a short trip so we managed without problems.

The room was very clean and fully equip with kitchen appliances, adult and children utensils. Good location. Near convenience stores like lawson and 7 eleven. Walking distance to sushi, ramen, teppanyaki restaurants, Aeon and American village. There is also Fogo gym within walking distance. If you drive, location of hotel is central for other Okinawa attractions.

The pillows on the bed are not comfortable as they are too flat.a

Very pleasant and centrally located residence hotel in Chatan. There are plenty of eateries within 5 minutes walking distance of this accommodation. There’s a Matsuya, McDonalds, Ootoya, steak house, ramen restaurant, Starbucks, and many more within walking distance. Lawson is right next door, and American Village is within a very comfortable walking distance as well. The room is super spacious. There are two bedrooms, each room comes with a single and a double bed. There’s also 2 baths, and 2 toilets. This place is suitable for a large family. If you need more beds, there’s a tatami room which you could lay out the 2 provided futons as well. The best feature about the rooms here is that it comes with a hot and cold water dispenser, the kind you find in offices. You literally do not have to boil water. Every room is equipped with an air-conditioner which can be switch to either cooling or heating depending on your preference.

Nothing I dislike about the accommodation.

Location is great, just outside American Village. Can easily travel north & south & also explore the West Coast. The hotel is right on Route 58. Having 2 bedrooms plus a tatami room is great for the family. 2 bathrooms & 2 toilets, a washer and separate dryer make life easier. The sofa is big & so is the dining table. Lawson is just next door where we can grab breakfast & supper. The room is bright and the aircons work well. Water pressure is also great. The friendly staff helped us book a van for the 7 of us to get to the airport.

The location is very close to American Village and walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping. Really liked having 2 separate bedrooms, a washer/dryer, and a water dispenser. Free parking was also very nice. The price was also very good for the amenities.

Since it is located on the 58, there are many loud motorcycles at night. The walls are also very thin so you can hear your neighbors tv at night. Earplugs are a must!

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped. We liked having in-unit laundry, as well as a water dispenser. Free parking was a plus. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Would have been nice to have some beach equipment available (towels, chairs) since the hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the beach.

The condominium hotel was spacious (American Style) and comfortable for the family of 4. Hotel rooms have 2 bedrooms with 2 full size beds in each room. All the settings and amenities made me feel home. The location was super convenient and closed to many popular local restaurants. Walking distance to the beach and American Village.

Accommodation was clean, roomy, and very comfortable, big balcony, cleanest toilet and kitchen with all the utilities- even water purifier, close to basically everything from the beach to malls, supermarkets, rental bicycles, bus stops, conbini, diners all within 5-10minutes on foot. Perfect for people who got no car. There was a delicious ramen place right outside the hotel. Staffs were super nice and attentive. My family- visiting okinawa for the 4th time and had stayed at multiple hotels and airbnbs in the area. Taking everything into account, among them Lapin was 11 out of 10 experience. Definitely will come stay next time.

the room was beautifully clean and comfortable (I found the mattress a bit stiff but my wife liked it). the suites are perfectly set up and configured for a cozy comfortable stay for a family. they also include a washer in the room, and a baggie of amenities for your kids on check in. the staff was extremely friendly and the property was impeccably clean.

it’s a few blocks from American Village and the sea wall, so if you want an ocean view this isn’t the place. however, if you want to be close to all the convenience of American Village or have easy access to Kadena with Torii and Foster only a short easy drive away, this is the hotel for you.

This hotel was better than I expected! Very nicely furnished and had all the kitchen essentials. I didn't want to leave.

At times the wifi would not connect properly, especially towards the end of our stay. But when it was connected it worked great.
