It was clean and cosy room with all necessary things inside. It’s worth its the price

The only problem was really weird system of breakfast ordering and in practice there was no breakfast since to have a breakfast you have to come to the restaurant exactly at 7.30 ( not earlier neither later) to order and then you should have the breakfast until 9.30.

First of all, I like to thanks Miss Annis and Miss Ammu for their informations about Kulai places of interest and foods before I came to Kulai, for this is my first time to Kulai, it is very nice of them to provide me with such important informations, because of both of their help, my family and I have fulfilled all our visit of interest and foods. That’s no dislikes about the hotel, the staffs and the surroundings. To us everything was good. The only thing we didn’t like is we should have stayed a little bit longer 😊

Location and friendliness of staff. Value for money too.

The presence of an individual who kept hogging the area at the back of main sitting area near reception. He was constantly conferencing on his laptop since morning. When he was not interacting wiz others over laptop, he would popped up his legs, crossed them and laid flat on the sitting couch.. either still working on his laptop or sleeping there.. This made us very uncomfortable when we were seated there waiting for our transport..

Corsica always my first choice whenever I back to kulai. location is very good, near to aeon mall and a lot different kind of restaurants. the staffs in the hotel are kind and nice

I think some of the rooms need to upgrade and renovate again already. the ceiling starts to have water stains ,the wall occurs crack line, the hairdryer basically unable to dry my hair, the power of hair dryer is very small but when I turn on I can smell the burn smell came out from hair dryer so I don’t dare to use anymore. I hope the hotel rating won’t drop because the facilities getting old

Good place to stay. Pretty room n all things looks like new. Got tv and huge bed also sofa. Big wardrobe, mini fridge, safety box and iron. Nice look n cold aircond. All looks new.

Other than have a clean bed and shiny floor, Maybe housekeeping need to wipe the cabinets and the lamp as well for an extra clean. There were dusty on lamp and sidecabinet seems like never been touched for so long. Overall are good n fine.

friendly staff. good security as there was a guard at the entrance of the door at night and he had to enabled the lobby glass door for you to enter.

wifi issue during my stay. but no issue a month ago. had hard time when i had to log in for workstuff. the bathroom door was very creaky and loud. will surely woke the other person when you had to go to the bathroom at night

The location is fabulous, close by great food options. Definitely the best hotel in the area. I had a convenient one night stay and everything was fine. The room was spacious and had complementary water.

The room located on the 2nd floor is a smoking room, so I could still smell the smoke which was very unpleasant.

First thing i like this hotel is , once i enter the lobby, it smell soo refershing same as when i came to spa. Along the way im entering my room, the scent are still there. This hotel keep the cleanliness at it priority eventhough, sejadah are sanitized.

All facilities are in good condition except one thing, i get smelly towel. Please change your towel even you keep wash, sometimes, the towel itself dont want get away its sting smell. And one more thing, the hotel is located near to drunk place so beware if you want to come back hotel at late night. Indeed this hotel have security guard and it is good action taken from the hotel's authority.

The room is clean and spacious, the location is good with many nearby food options, and the ground crew is friendly and attentive.

The bath towels had an unpleasant smell, although the service crew provided new towels, there was still a slight unpleasant odor. Hotel provided a parking ticket for guests, but they only gave us a one-hour ticket instead of a full-day ticket.

Staff friendliness

1. the bathroom door creaks very loudly. and at night when wither one of us use the bathroom, it will definitely woke the other perapn up when opening/closing the batbroon door. 2. wifi was very unstable throughout my stay. when i need to log in to work.. i kept having no internet.
