We had the beach villa with 2 bed rooms. The place is amazing and villa is very well decorated. The staff is very welcoming, nice, discreet and the villa is very clean. The kitchen is enough to prepare the necessary food, especially if you will buy not far grilled meat or fish. Next door restaurants are all nice. Massage salon Naris was the best for us. Beach and sea are wonderful.

Close main entrance door with a code locker to avoid people to go from the main road to the beach through the villas (some are using the transats and showers...). Improve sound’s insulation of the walls (room to room and outside to room). Add a toaster in kitchen

Property was right on the beach, really lovely and quiet tucked away. The villa was amazing, beautiful inside with all you could need, lots of water topped up every day. Just a perfect stay

The only slight point would be check in, there is no reception (not a problem) but we didn’t really know what to do when we arrived, walking around the properties to find someone felt a bit strange, but didn’t take long to find the guy and all was good. Some pre arrival info would be helpful but absolutely did not affect our wonderful stay

We stayed in Villa 4 which was an awesome two bedroom beach front villa, right on the beach, and quite possibly the only hotel directly on the beach from what we could see. The villa was modern and well equipped with everything from toiletries, to bug spray, beach towels, and a fridge stocked with plenty of complimentary water. We loved it! We only stayed for one night as an airport stop over which was an easy 15 minute taxi from the airport. Wish we could have stayed another night! They kindly let us check out a little late so that we could enjoy a bit more time on the beautiful beach before leaving.

A minor issue was that there were no check in details provided, and as we arrived at 8pm we didn’t really know how to check in. A man working in a room underneath a villa heard me calling out and phoned the hotel contact and got us checked in. The only other thing to note is that the wall in the back bedroom is paper thin and everything can be heard from the staff working in the room under the villa behind. Noise is not quite as bad in the bedroom facing the beach, and air-con and the sound of the waves drowns this out slightly. We were tired enough to sleep through it, so this did not affect our stay. Despite this, we loved the place, and would happily stay here again!

fabulous decor a lot of thought had gone into it 😀 WELL DONE!! one thing some powder Mike would have been good to go with the other things that were left. which was great

the second bedroom backs on to the restaurant in the front of the bungalows and no sound proofing. you can here the chopping of food, washing up there talking, shouting & music. only stops when closing at 12 midnight.

Outstanding experience, including here the staff, location, view and villa facilities. There are a plethora of shops and supermarkets nearby and an excellent restaurant down on the beach with fabulous food. Speaking of the restaurant, huge shout out for the staff there with special thanks to Noch, as they went above and beyond making us feel welcomed. Noch even set up chairs and umbrellas for us on the beach, waiting for us every morning with good coffee and smiles!

Perfectly located on the beach at the end away from others. Excellent service always staff there to help. Beautifully well designed little villas with everything you need at great value. We will definitely come back. Everything was amazing here with super attention to all detail..

Everything was great for us, if you have the option try to book one of the front or middle villas and avoid the back ones as are more a little more noisy tho not bad noise just a little noisier than the front ones.

UNREAL VIEW - literally on the beach looking at the sea ( Villa 4 ) gorgeous large balcony with hot tub - the villa is modern but decorated in keeping with its location with a beach vibe Really nice cafe/restaurant next door with tables on the beach great for breakfast and also had an evening meal there just so convenient - Jim a few metres down on the main road is also good for sorting transport and trips - we also got a tuk tuk to take us to Patong which the kids loved LOVED the view from the master bedroom and master bathroom - literally looking at a deserted pristine beach and the sea and waves

No conditioner just shower gel and shampoo - which means girls with long hair cant wash there hair - couldnt find a nearby shop open in the morning and we had run out of our own - hot tub bubbles didnt work

We didnt received the front villa and we had no view from inside, the layout is cute 2 baths 2 bedrooms. The area that is located in is interesting witg alot of street food that is cheap. Is near the airport The sea water very warm and pleasant

Some moskitos pinched us Restaurants around are all a desaster, overpriced and terible quality, also the massage places i dont recomend none! but the street foood is cheaper and much more tasty especialy the grilled seabas at 200 baht ( aprox 5 euro) coconuts 50 baht ( 1 euro) etc that was convenient.

Beautfull place, friendly staff, so close to the beach.

Unfortunately there is a very loudy bar just above the villas, we had to go several time there to ask them to lower the music / karaoke happening every night. Some table have been installed just a few meters from the villa with loudy client until late at night (midnight and more).

Daily free bottles of water in the mini fridge. Modern.luxury villa with an amazing balcony overlooking Nai thon beach. Good wifi, comfy beds and pillows.

Lots of mosquito's inside property, we were all stung daily. No spray to kill them. Wouldn't suit older people as quite a few stairs.
