Rest in cold Warsaw exceeded expectations. Warmth, good shower, warm blanket, soap that does not have a "terribly masculine" smell, which is often found in hotels, the possibility of breakfast and lunch if desired, transport, proximity to the train station. But the main thing is still something else, the staff!!! Artem, receptionist. Thank you! He has a sea of ​​​​kindness and a sincere desire to work and help people. We could not turn on the TV, we told him not really hoping that he would help quickly, but!!! Artem offered his help, went with us to our room. Not alone, which he certainly could, but with us, I especially noticed this, because in other hotels they left a request and left. And the corrections were in our absence. I emphasize. He went with the client! This is a culture of behavior: try to help immediately and be in the room with the client. This is education!!! correct! And I have something to compare with, especially in Warsaw. I was ashamed that I accidentally crumbled a bun on the carpet, I told Artem and the maid, who smiled and replied that it was her job... Special thanks for the teapot, cups and normal (not wooden) spoons. After a long journey, sometimes you don't even have the strength to go anywhere... The price was pleasing! Thank you. Special thanks to Artem! I was very pleased with this young man's attitude towards us and his work!

Old building (1930s?) repurposed for a hotel. Second-hand furniture, small modest beds, but everything functional and clean, Most importantly, there is a small kitchenette (sink, inductive stove, utensils, fridge), so you basically can live there. Very nice vintage breakfast area, and food is very good. Oh, and very nice Ukrainian girl at the reception. And, surely, 10 min walking distance to the Warsaw East station

Beds are too narrow and short, mattresses could be better. View from the window is not what you would desire, but in good weather you can see other bank of the Vistula

actually it’s a hostel, not hotel - just have to take it in a account. we were lucky to have rooms with windows to the backyard with no loud car engine noise from the street with quite intensive traffic. breakfast was not rich, but all products were fresh and tasty. specifically juices were real directly from bottles with no water added as others usually do. coffee was good too.

Our room was clean and there was no smells. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was good size for multiple people to get ready for the day. Loved the view of the stadium ( lights at night ) Hallways were clean. Building was quiet for sleeping. Walking distance from the mall, stadium, kids play ground, Starbucks. Great location what we were looking for.

No information on how to get breakfast. We did not know we needed a reservation. Room was hot ( temp was hot outside ) Wish we could have had just plain sheets to sleep with. Was missing a kitchen towel to dry dishes. There was 4 of us and not enough room to sit at the table to eat. Only three chairs. Communication was not too clear about the restaurants in the same building. Drop off and pick up at the front of the building is not good. We were dropped off at the end of the street as there was no place to let us out and also picked up. Drivers seemed to be worried about stopping where they should not suppose to.

I loved it!! I wanted a cheap room, close to the train station and within walking distance so I could get back to my journey to the airport (on the train) the following day. To find the room had a great shower, to, fridge, microwave and some plates and cups and cutlery, was a GREAT surprise. Not connected to the hotel, but, none of the bars/restaurants accepted bank cards, or even €, £ or $. They were all insistent on Pl Zlotti ONLY!! Luckily the convenience store close by, facilitated me!

Nothing could have been better

The room was very clean and really nice. The bathroom was also tidy and it's nice that there were towels. If you'd like to cook there is a great kitchenette with all the essential things that you need. The hotel is in short walking distance from the stadium so it's a great place to stay if you have any concerts or events. The underground station is nearby so also convenient.

Everyone was making an effort to make my stay a wonderful experience. The staff was always there to answer questions and help out. Contacting the hotel went very smoothly. I arrived before check in time, but still the staff managed to give me a room quickly which I am especially thankful for. The location was perfect because I was travelling to Warsaw for a concert at the PGE Narodowy. Thank you very much, thank you especially Viktoria, and hope to see you soon!

A nice hotel with excellent staff. They kindly extended my check-out time. The reception team — Artem and Ruslana — were attentive and polite. Great hotel close to Stadion Narodowy, for a reasonnable price for a workteam stay, I recommend, we stay there every year we come to Warsaw

it's not brand new, you can hear people in the hall and in the other rooms but for 1 night is ok. There is no parking included but usually there are places on the street not far away from the hotel and it is safe to park there

Very good hotel in the city centre, the price is good for the quality, we even got a better room than we ordered which was super cool. The rooms were clean and the kettle, fridge and oven were so great! There is Żabka grocery store very near, the parking in front of the hotel was empty so we could use it without problems. The rooms are quiet if you have those that don't have windows to the main road. We were very pleased!
