Great stay for a couple looking to explore what Idyllwild has to offer while being relatively close to the downtown area. About 1-2mi from town and it's walkable if you are athletic enough. Close by to Humber Park trail and you can hear a nearby creek running from the outside. Gas firepit out in the common front deck PLUS a hot tub that was totally unused on the 2nd floor outside. Fridge, freezer, great quality TV. We got the fireplace and it added a lot to the romantic scenery. Would definitely come back!

Very thin walls, easy to hear background noise of other rooms when walking out in the hallway or other common areas. Rooms are very close to each other. I could always hear other room's television on faintly from the inside of our room. Shower has no door or curtain and was surprisingly not an issue, but would've been nice to have extra towels. No staff on-site, however the GM is available 24/7 and provides her personal cell.

I tried to call twice with questions, and left a message - to date no one has responded and we are home from our trip already. In the room there is the door hanger to request room service - we did not receive any room service for 3 days except the delivery of clean towels. Also the drinks and snacks downstairs are a nice touch, but ran out on the first day due to another large party and they were not replenished. For the price - I expected better service.

The hotel in Idyllwild was fantastic. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Our room was comfy and nicely decorated, we also loved that the heating and A/C system was quiet. The hotel was conveniently situated close to great restaurants and main attractions. We enjoyed exploring downtown which was just a short walk away. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

very cosy nice spacious room , brand new and super clean and fresh. Great value for money for a room in town and great flexibility over weekend of not having to have a 2 nights minimum.

No services, no food/drinks, no staff and a ghost town feeling as the lounge area is geared for a lot of guests and services but bizarrely feels like ghost town. Waste of a space and really needs to reconsider how to best make use of the space.

The room was clean and tastefully decorated. When we needed something we were asked to text the manager. That was efficient as the management responded in due time. The security system was unique as we used a personal code to enter the building and our room.

As a world traveler, I always like to be greeted by a person when I arrive at a new place. This newly remodeled inn lacked the friendly touch.

The Creekstone has been through a significant remodel. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable and the place was very clean. Quiet location. No staff on site. I was contacted the morning of the reservation with check in instructions which were very easy to follow.

Only negative is the soundproofing of the room. When people were in the hallway you could hear every word being said from inside the room.

I loved the decor of the entire property, including our room. I liked using the access code method vs. Card or key. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Loved the fireplace in our room. Will definitely stay there again! Would definitely refer friends/family to you.

Super cozy and the place has been recently updated. Great location close to downtown but still with mountain views. The staff could not be nicer - they made us feel right at home.

Beautiful garden. Clean and quiet. Small fridge, coffee/tea station. A/c very noisy. Couldn’t open windows but overall a small but pleasant accommodation.
