The staff were really lovely and helpful. The place is 15 min walk from the centre of Fira with a beautiful view along the way. The breakfast delivered to the room each morning was a luxury.

No privacy in the hot tub as people are walking past

The 3 L's. Location, location, location! We rested here for a few hours in the evening during our cruise, as we were in port for 17 hours and we had a long excursion during the day involving swimming and hiking around some of the other islands. We needed a place with a great caldera/Skaros rock sunset view but walking distance to the funicular [for return to the cruise ship] and restaurants/shops. We arrived just before sunset and did not stay overnight or have breakfast. We visited some shops and enjoyed dinner nearby. We did not have an issue people on the Oia path making noise even though we visited in July.

We would recommend going outside to see the sunset, as the glass to block noise/wind on the patio of this first floor room makes the view less clear. If we were staying in Santorini for a longer period, we likely would have rented a villa. Our cruise line did not tell us that our shore excursion started at 4pm - and leave us at the bottom of the funicular at 8 pm until the night before. So we spent less time at this lodging than we originally planned - thus we cannot provide as much detail.

We had to leave early hence the hotel provided a breakfast in the evening. First the girl asked me to carry the tray upstairs as we were about to leave to have a dinner. The breakfast turned out to be dry white bread and plain yogurt which we didn't touch. I have never seen so bad breakfast box. It was ok, since we got a breakfast in the lounge a bit later.

Loved the location of hotel and view was absolutely spectacular.

Thought there was a lack of privacy of people walking past.Other issue we had was afternoon lady at reception who was rude and abrupt. There was no toilet paper or coffee and milk in room all we did was ask and she became very rude.Also issue with front door which she was quite rude as well.Full marks though to Tanya who apologised next day for her behaviour and couldn't be more welcoming. Little things that make a hotel perfect.

Excellent location, I could see the magical Santorini’s sunset from my balcony and I could reach Fira and Imerovigli by foot. The airport was 10 minutes by car. The room exceeded my expectations, it was very cozy with comfortable bed, jacuzzi and very clean. The plus was the breakfast with big variety and delivered to our room whatever time I wanted. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. I had an amazing time in the hotel and I would definitely choose it again and suggest it to my friends.

Exceptionally cozy place. Beautiful decoration in pure white and blue hues, very calm and peaceful. Gorgeous views, wide open. Complete breakfast at the room. We made on foot the trip from Fira to Oia: 9.8km through the hills, after this adventure, the jacuzzi was a monumental welcoming experience to rest the legs. Tania is an incredible host, and so is Brave! I’ll keep forever the great memories of this fantastic place.

Nothing. Everything is superb!

This is our first visit of Santorini and really it was superb only due to grand hospitality provided by Tanya, owner of the hotel and her team. She had upgraded our room with Caldera view, which was really mesmerising. Breakfast was also very tasty. She had given us all the information in detail and arranged airport transfer, which was most convenient. I must recommend this Caldera view accomodation.

Incredible view. Central. Clean. Bed was very comfy. Inside jacuzzi was a real treat.

Property location isn’t great and we weren’t warned in advance. Taxis cannot access so we had to drag our cases along very bumpy streets and up stone stairs. Might be good to pre warn. Also breakfast which was nice and beautifully served to the room.. was a bit sparse..

The location and view were excellent, right on the pathway to Fira main area which was a pleasant and picturesque 10 minute walk along the coast. The staff, including Brave the dog, were very friendly and helpful. Our private hot tub was great to relax in and watch the world go by. Breakfast delivered to our room was a surprise bonus 😀

Everything was great.

The location was great. Away from the cruise ship port, but close to Fira and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The colors were bight and cheerful and it had good lighting. We had a wonderful view of the crater and sunset, and a nice little patio where they served us fabulous breakfasts at a time of our choosing. We also had our own little hot tub.

Our patio and hot tub were not at all private. The cliff side path passed right beyond the plexiglass enclosure of our patio. It did allow us to people watch, and we had fun sitting in the hot tub at sunset, with our glasses of wine, waving to and chatting with the passersby.
