Room was spacious and comfortable. The hot breakfast had plenty of choices for everyone. The purpose of our trip was to remember our parents who had recently passed. The manager allowed us to use the conference room one evening so we could all be together without disturbing other guests in the lobby. Much appreciated.

Wish they had bacon at breakfast along with the sausage. Otherwise, we had everything we needed.

I loved the very sweet professional young lady at the front desk when we checked in...she was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Kudos to her...she needs a raise, as you don't get customer service like that anymore

The bed was a liittle hard for me...I didn't report it...I felt it was just my personal preference...my husband had no issue

The staff and facilities were really nice and they were always available. The overnight staff was so on point while I was there. The pool was clean and opened early at 7am-10pm. The gym and laundry room were really nice and clean. It was quiet. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good, fresh, and hot. The strawberry waffles were somehing Ive not seen at any hotel so that was great.

My daughter loved that she could easily connect to her Netflix account on the TV in the room. The room was very clean and had modern design elements. Good restaurant options nearby. Breakfast at the hotel was great! This was our favorite hotel that we stayed at on our road trip.

The staff were VERY friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fine. (I wish they had had bacon) The room was clean and comfortable. In fact, we stayed an extra night. Location was excellent with restaurant options convenient

I went to Alabama and stayed in this Hotel for first time with my husband and my daughter. We loved everything in the hotel, the guy at the front desk was very nice and have a present for us...cleaning was so good and breakfast. we definitely stay again!!

Property was clean. AC worked well. Ice machines available. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My only complaint was parking. It appeared there was a large crew or two of workers that had large trucks and often straddled parking spaces.

i didn’t like how i got woke up out my sleep at 8am to see was i checking out on check out day. Housekeeping should have a list of the guest who checking out on what day.
