The rooms were clean and very good size. The lobby was clean. Good location. Restaurants and Walmart nearby. The front desk clerk was kind. Nice young lady. Coffee was available in lobby 24hrs.

Was very hard to check in and keep the room until Booking.com called and fixed the issue. Floors are thin. Need better soundproofing. Concrete floors are best for hotels, so that you won't have to tiptoe in the rooms. Front Desk will call you if any noise at all. The pool was closed all weekend. The ice machine did not work on the 2nd floor. He (manager) was blunt and cold.

My husband said this hotel was on the finer lines of a Red Roof Inn and was better than the 600/night Hilton brand that he stayed in the week before. This was a last minute rent so that was definitely great to hear.

I traveled for work and the location was very accessible to where I was going and close to restaurants and Walmart.

When I arrived my room smelled like cigarettes.

It was a very convenient location. I was in less than 10 mins from my destinations of events.

Towels was soil from the previous occupant. I notice 2 towels that was not cleaned just left on the rack.

it was away from hustle and bustle of a big city. The room was very spatious and elegant. Loved the jetted tub!

there were several rooms with dogs and every time we walked past the door they would bark like crazy

It was an EXCELLENT place in a nice location. The rooms and beds were incredibly comfortable, so much so that we never wanted to leave. There were convenient restaurants and stores within walking distance. Everything was clean, quiet, and relaxing. We look forward to visiting this location again very soon. We were hurricane victims and the staff was wonderful in that they accommodated us immediately with no fuss. We appreciated the hospitality more than anything.

Pool was closed because of COVID. I understand. Next time I hope to swim.

There was a marijuana roach and burnt hole in the sheets.
