The breakfast was a good standard hotel breakfast. Waffle maker, cereal selection, biscuits and yogurt. The coffee was surprisingly good, too. It was under renovation, which was fine for me. I think it led to the place being quieter and more private. The staff were incredibly friendly and happy. They seemed genuinely happy to be there! Parking was easy and the road traffic was fairly light. The wifi worked perfectly for me. I had no problems getting work done during the day or browsing the web at night.

The TV's didn't have a sleep timer but it's really not a big deal. I might have missed it, in all honesty.

I loved the receptionist Mrs. Pam!! She was very welcoming! A beautiful woman with a beautiful spirit! I had a great workout in the workout room. And the breakfast was delicious! The location was perfect, everything you need is only 3-4 minutes away. Walmart, almost any resturant you want is nearby!

Stayed for two days, in general everything was pretty clean. I only had two issues, the tub/shower had crud in the corners, and slept in this big comfy bed for two nights, only to wake up my last day to see one big bed bug and it had bit me! Now the matresses, are covered in a plastic protector but the box springs are not. and headboards are a fabric material so i guess a couple of bed bugs may be hiding in or in back of the there., and in the box springs.. If they remove those headboards and replace with some kind of vinyl or plastic material and put protectors on the box springs, they may get rid of the bugs all together!!

I liked the ease of checking in on arrival. The clerk was courteous and very friendly. The breakfast was very good and had a good selection to choose from. The check in time was pretty inconvenient as my function started at 6 pm and check in was at 4pm. I was a little concerned about mold as I could see signs of previous water leak in ceiling and the ice machine on the floor I was on was out of order. But since it was a very short stay I did worry much. I did enjoy my stay the staff is very accommodating.

I didnt like the check in time. I was told to check in a hour earlier would result in 25.00 increase.

Breakfast was good, loved the 2 waffle makers, two different types of sausage, biscuits and gravy, three types cereal, grits, toast, muffins, cheeee omlets, eggs, juice, and coffee. It's not your mama's cooking but it hit the spot. Very quiet, Beds were comfortable...they are doing renovations but only between 8 and 5 and it was posted at check in. Our room was clean and all the staff night and morning shifts were very nice. I felt very safe there.

My 10 year old son & I stayed here for 1 night during the summer so we could get up early & go to Alabama Splash Adventure the next day. The lady at the front desk was very friendly & helpful. Check in was quick. Beds were comfy. Room was quite for a good nights sleep & air conditioner was good & cold. Shower was hot & water pressure great :-) We had a good night sleep here & was energized for the waterpark the next day. The breakfast was perfect for grab & go. We will totally be staying here again!

I didn't like the experience I had going through booking.com for reservations on my room. I got there and was told that the payment booking took off my debit card don't transfer over. I had to pay again once I got there. My self and a couple of other guests who booked through booking had the same issue, and booking customer service is horrible. So I had a issue getting my money back, called numerous times and was hung up on and still didn't get my money back. SO PLEASE BEWARE OF BOOKING.COM SCAM

I only get waffles when I stay in a hotel - so that is my favorite part of breakfast, along with coffee. The juices were fine and there was also yogurt.

The eggs weren't really eggs, more like a powdered egg-like substance. There was no butter for the waffles (which I love), grits were like orbs of wallpaper paste, someone would have to make each cup of coffee - no coffee urn.

Oh yes we enjoyed the breakfast which was very good and tasty.we enjoy the beds comfortable and clean ed. We also enjoy the inside pool it was too.. We enjoy talking to the staff

We had problems with the TV We were using 2 remote for the purpose of control volume other to control TV channels. Which were very limited channels even after the staff came to check the situation out

The price was affordable, and the breakfast was good ,and the room was decent

The toliet paper on top of the commode wasn't clean with brown spots on it . And with an A.C unit it should be heavy comforters on the bed . The ice machines in the hallway was dirty

Good location. Excellent employees. Nice rooms. Strange to note but TV service was the best I've seen in a hotel.

Their updates and construction work were kinda sloppy in some places. Nitpicking but when you're paying someone to do a job like that it shouldn't look half azz in places.
