Comfortable,easy access,quiet,great service,and speedy self check in process along with fast staff incase of any problems. Locations Stella the rooms are excellent and are cleaned professionally. TV kettle and everything else in the rooms Work how they are supposed to work. Heating works in your room within 20 minutes or less. The self check in process is easy going more so than any other property I’ve ever been to. And also it’s worth mentioning that the customer service team are very professional also. Quick reliable and understanding. All truly great quality’s. It’s quite simply an amazing property for more than good value for money. Good service good location and above all else your definitely getting what you paid for with this one.

The room was well equipped and nicely presented. It had everything you would need for your stay. The location was also excellent. The room certainly had a luxury feel to it.

The checking in process, arriving at the hotel. Travelling from the US and having limited connectivity while negotiating how to get in the door was a pain. All staff were remote and slow to get answers sent out thru booking.com message system. I didn't like providing identity documents to remote people, with no idea who/where they were or how it might be used. While searching for a hotel, we used parking as one of the criteria, it was disappointing to find at the last moment, that we had to pay for parking permits. I have stayed in other places in the area that had parking. The costs should be better stated in advertising.

I like the location & the room was ideal gor me the opportunity to have hot meals with the use of a microwave, fridge, & utensils & cutlery very good. The room is modern, fresh & ideal. I definitely would recommend & stay again.

The television didn't work it was set on WiFi mode as I'm not computer savvy I could not watch the news or any programme in TV. Secondly I wouldn't connect my work devices due to sensitive & confidential information. If the person staying in the room its best they return the telly to TV mode.

Location and facilties exceeded expectations, the room was very competitively priced it had, crockery, cutlery, kitchenette, ironing board, tea & coffee making facilties, Netflix and self contained en suite bathroom, we were about 500 meters from the pavilion theatre in one direction and about 700 meter to the barbican in the other.

Online reception had not sent the access code for our arriveal, but had sent the departure email, this was sorted out with the help of the owner. And was a minor hiccup

Really, really great communication before arrival to make check in procedure ( without meeting an actual person) absolutely foolproof. (There was also a phone number for instant help if you got confused!) Parking permit paid for and sorted prior to arrival. Great. Lovely towels, terrific shower with good pressure and nice hot water, comfortable beds and extra pillows in room if you wanted them. Good TV - all working and easy to use. Quiet room- good soundproofing I would guess. Openable windows and room aired when we arrived. Good selection of standard tea and coffee plus a coffee pod machine thing for real coffee lovers. Room had tiny kitchenette, perfectly equipped with everything for two - cups, plates, wine glasses and tea towels and scourer and washing up liquid to wash up with and a reasonably sized small fridge very good for a short stay. Bedside tables, good adjustable lighting overhead and side, hairdryer and such like.

Curtains were fine, but on plastic curtain track which was a bit sticky to pull and is an accident waiting to happen when you get the inevitable heavy handed guest. I would change them to a pole with curtain rings which run more freely for less maintenance!

Great location and the room had the mini kitchen which was ideal. Free coffee and tea with a nice coffee maker as well. Check in was fine as well.

The room was perfect but just needed a lick of paint in the bathroom to cover the mould on the walls or get treatment for it. Cobwebs in the main room by the window. As it was a basement room which was over looked by other properties it would have been an idea to have additional privacy on the window of some sort.

I liked the location fantastic shower powerful heater in room is big and can be turned on when you want heat and room had a fridge which was perfect and a microwave if that’s your thing 😁

The checking in system’s to complicated if owners wasn’t there I would’ve got in once in door code to get in is simple but door seems to jam or not close properly like when the lady was showing me it jammed on her also if your old I wouldn’t recommend as there’s lots of stairs

No breakfast served its self catering but you have facilities to sort cereal not cooked breakfast unless you're a whizz with the microwave. I like the idea of having a fridge & microwave it suits me fine.

Nothing really. I think the guess need to put the television back how they find it. Stop messing about with subtitles etc. It's annoying NB NOT THE OWNERS FAULT. GUESS PLEASE PUT BACK THINGS HOW YOU FIND THEM NOT EVERY GUESS IS IT WHIZZ KID

Lovely rooms very clean with fridge and microwave

Only booked about an hour before arrival apparently you have to fill in a guest form which is meant to be sent via email but I didn’t receive upon arrival there is a phone number on the door if you are having problems with email asked them to send again and sat on the doorstep filling this out then you have to call again and then they send details for entry also on bookings.com it says they can sort out street parking but they need 24 hours notice overnight parking cost me £15 !
