The owner of the guest house was exceptionally friendly, talkative and funny which made us feel very welcome. Room was very clean and well presented, i would say very good value for money. Location is very close to city centre, pub and a gym. When booking I accidentally booked for separate beds, but on arrival he offered to swap the rooms to a double that was not booked that night which was very nice. Will definitely stay again and pay visit, next time i’m planning on visiting plymouth.

Next time would appreciate some free slippers, use of the oven, microwave and to keep all my food in the fridge larger towels and huge discounts 😂 (inside joke) Na it was wonderful the only thing i could say was the tv signal seemed a bit fussy on a few channels but wasn’t much of an issue as 99% of them worked

A single room with a shower room right next door, plenty of clean towels and washing soaps, virtual sea front location, and easy walk into city centre,

Cannot say anything I didn't like, apart from the rear parking is a little tight, but being in Plymouth city centre, having off road free parking is definitely a bonus

Stayed over one night to attend a concert very close by! I was meet by a lovely gentleman who I believe was the owner and found him very friendly and great conversation with him about the concert I was attending he had a great wealth of info about the concerts being held near by! So big thank you to him for the warm welcome and chat!

All of the rooms were spotlessly clean and very thoughtfully laid out. Our host was a great help with organising parking (the Caledonian is one of the few places in Plymouth that has its own private parking) and helping us with local knowledge.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We were met on arrival and shown where to park and made to feel very welcome. We will.most certainly come back and stay here again.

The shower was not the best it was either hot or cold and not alot of ppwer to it. But it was not the end of the world for us.

The rooms were tidy, although small just big enough to accommodate 2 people with lots of storage for clothes. Communal bathroom and shower was very clean too.

Personal preference, bed was a bit too soft for me. But couldn't fault anything else.

Jeffrey and Maria and their cleaning staff were exceptional they were very Friendly and Polite from the start. You were allowed to come and go as you pleased. The Rooms were cleaned every day and I would recommend to others especially as it is so close to the City Centre and the Hoe. A big THANKYOU.

Jeffrey and Maria were both lovely. Very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist me late at night with parking. Would definitely recommend. Being a woman travelling alone I felt safe and looked after.

Room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. Host friendly and helpful, whilst not being intrusive. Excellent location close to Hoe and city centre. Free parking on site big bonus as local charges high.
