My wife and I had a great time even though it was a one-night stay. We had tickets to the Teddy Swims concert, so we decided to stay the night. Our room was amazing.

When I booked my room, I requested the ability to park my car in front. I was told that I could discuss it when I arrived at the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that all the parking spots were reserved for players and there were no spaces available for my car. I spoke to the head Vallet and even the manager at the reservation desk. Nobody was able to help me. I ended up having to park my car in the garage and got a door dent from what appeared to be someone opening their door. My car is worth half a million dollars, so needless to say, this put a significant damper on my stay. I'm not sure if I'll stay at the Hard Rock again unless I can secure parking up front, where it's a little better protected.

The room was amazing! The room overlooked the pools. The view of the city's skyline along the coast is really nice. I could even see the Hard Rock Stadium to the south. The shower is excellent. Everything in the room is high end. The thing that sticks with me about the room, is the mattress. I slept better than I do at home. The amenities at the hotel are first class. Great restaurants and clubs. The casino is very clean and lively, friendly atmosphere. I will be back!

Some prices are higher than I am used to, but I understand. Everything is higher these days.

Location/ hotel was great , pools were awesome. I give the staff 5 stars

Food wasn’t great, and one major problem was I understand it’s a hugh hotel but the suite wasn’t cleaned in 3 days and we were only given one large towel for each person. Yes several very small towels

The property is just amazing! Such a good vibe. Exactly what you would expect from a Hard Rock Property in Miami.

Check in was a nightmare after a 15 hour flight. We were kept waiting for over an hour whilst an issue was solved between the hotel and booking.com (which we were informed happens regularly). Initially we were asked to resolve it ourselves but eventually the Hard Rock team stepped up, however, we were sat on the floor in a corner of the lobby during the whole process and this should have been handled better. If the problem is so regular I am not sure why this platform is still utilised by the hotel or the issue is not resolved.

very simply….put some damn water bottles in the room. for $999 a night, they could at least put a bottle of water in the room😡

We enjoyed the entire experience that everything was in one place. The selection of restaurants was excellent. The lobby was beautiful and staff very friendly. The pool area and outdoor space was kept very clean and lots of lounges were available. Free parking was also greatly appreciated.

The fact that smoking was permitted in the casino and that drinks were not included while gambling.

It was absolutely beautiful

I did not like that I paid 700$ for 1 night and my room was not ready for check in so I had 30 min I could not go in . Also , the next morning it looks like cleaning staff are told to knock on doors early before checkpoint to hurry people to leave.

The guitar light show was amazing. Food was very good but pricey.

I probably could have gotten free parking - but not close enough for me to walk due to my health issues. I felt it a little much to pay for valet parking when I paid alot for the room.

The pools were very good. We had a great time in them everyday we were there. We went to a different pool everyday and everyone of them was good

They could’ve had more activities to do at night such as bingo night or some form a of a cheaper entertainment like a comedian. Almost like a cruise ship activity list.

Hotel with casino and restaurants, large and comfortable rooms.

Room cleaning service, not s cleaning the room or change towels. We had to comment more than once. The staff was not service minded at all. We didn't take into account that this is a hotel with free cigarette smoking everywhere The pools are very crowded and there is not Enough seating.
